The Space:
Admire dreamy Gulf views from your private balcony at this beautifully appointed condo. You’ll love the Beach Cottages complex, a tropical paradise on soft white sands. Enjoy a dip in the heated pool after sun-kissed days on the shore!

Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and generous granite countertop space. Kick back for movie nights in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your plush primary suite. A private washer/dryer adds convenience.

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Streaming is available with own accounts.
Starting August 11th through the end of December the onsite pool & hot tub will be unavailable due to upgrades being done. The pool two doors down at Sand Dollar condos will be available for guests to use during their stay

Amazing

We truly enjoyed our time at the condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. There were several beach towels and an entire storage area packed full of beach items to use; chairs, floats, and event a tent. The condo is VERY nicely decorated and every single person agreed they were comfortable! Each room had its own tv which made it great when traveling with different age groups. The pool was nice and the sun bathing area was huge. The access to the beach was very convenient. Parking was a breeze. Having reserved parking made going out and exploring the area less stressful.

Great Place to GO

This was our second year on the property, first in this unit. The three king beds were great as we had 6 adults. Location is great, beach was wonderful. Could use new beach chairs and beach amentities, but the condo was great.

The pictures don’t do the condo justice! Views are amazing and the condo is darling. It is very clean and well appointed. We will definitely come back.

Everything we needed and wanted

We wanted a gorgeous view, a location near restaurants and directly on the beach, a beautiful place with comfortable beds... Wow...This place had it all!

Wonderful ocean front condo with plenty of room, huge kitchen

We were really impressed with this condo. From the moment you walk in, it looks spacious, stylishly decorated, a huge open concept kitchen/dining/living room, and a breathtaking ocean front view is very impressive . The three bedroom, three king beds were perfect for our family. The kitchen was amazing with new appliances and stocked with supplies for cooking. And the sunset views were breathtaking. The building itself could be updated but that did not take away from our stay. Loved having the bird sanctuary next door and heated pool. Highly recommend. (Only question we had was whether beach chairs were stored somewhere, that would have been nice.)

Gorgeous Location and View, however…

There were several issues that shouldn’t have been seen for something marketed as this high end. The screens for the doors didn’t work (and one was completely ripped along the bottom); the wicker furniture on the balcony was broken; there was dried blood on the white master bed duvet cover and another area of dried blood in the middle of a pillow in another bedroom; and several other smaller items (hair in the shower, missing drawer handles, large stains on lampshades, etc) that did put somewhat of a damper on the overall experience. That being said the location is still amazing and we had a great time!

Nana’s Month Away

The property was very lovely and the kitchen was well equipped. I enjoyed the balcony sunsets which were spectacular. The beach was very appealing because of the proximity to the condo and had cabanas to rent. I liked the fact that you get the same cabana and location for the entire time of the rental. The attendant was very polite and gave his phone# if you needed assistance. The condo had a closet full of beach equipment including toys which was a good asset. I think the lobby where the elevator is located could be updated at least with fresh paint. There were plenty of restaurants to choose in the area. It basically was quiet on the fifth floor. There is a no-smoking rule, but our neighbors didn’t abide and fortunately they were not there for too long. The pool area is roomy and clean. Only used it twice because the beach was more appealing to my guests. I would consider this condo again only if they replaced the mattresses, especially in the master bedroom. I never did get used to it. Also, the living room sofa is very deep and you can’t really read a book in that kind of seating. A recliner or two could be used in place of the two occasional chairs that were adjacent to the sofa. Conclusion: some changes made by the owner would bring me back to stay for another month.
