Great Stay

The location was easy to find and easy to get into. Everything was super clean and we had just about everything we needed and even stuff we hadn't thought about. The host was super thorough and thoughtful. The best part was the ocean view and being able to sit outside to eat breakfast and listening to the ocean. They also had a ton of beach stuff and a cart to take it all in. Overall a great stay, and we would come again

You could tell from the moment you walked in this was a home loved and cherished by its owners. Very well maintained, comfortable condo. Host was great, super responsive and so pleasant. Good location. Great beach chairs and floats, host thought of it all. Would recommend highly if looking for a well kept, nicely maintained unit for your vacation.

Fantastic stay!

We have been coming to IRB for many years and this has been one of best properties we have stayed at! It was a short walk to a very pretty part of the beach and to the Kooky Coconut (our favorite ice cream shop!). The property was well appointed and very clean. We also appreciated the beach chairs, wagon, etc. that were available for use. The host was extremely responsive and we loved the “welcome bottle” of wine. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was excellent! Came supplied with so many things; kitchen items, beach towels, beach items in storage, etc. It was clean and the balcony view was so pretty! Would recommend :)

Amazing getaway

This was the perfect 2 week stay for me and my BF. We absolutely loved the location, the condo, and experience. The condo is welllll stocked with everything you need, from wine openers, to beach chairs and beach wagons. Its very clean and tidy and spacious! We hope to be back again next year, hopefully even sooner. Do not hestitate in this rental, it will exceed your expectations!!

Clean and Convenient!

Great view of the sunset, pictures don’t do it justice. Very clean and tidy. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again! Great proximity to the trolley and Kooky Coconut.

Great location and nice beach!

Condo was just as advertised. We enjoyed many meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Location to beach was great. Could easily walk to many restaurants. We visited several beaches and Indian Rocks beach right behind the condo was by far the nicest. Don’t sleep on Kooky Coconut just down the road. We waited to the last day and were sad at how great it was and we definitely would have frequented it more often. Great coffee and ice cream! Kinsey was very responsive when I had questions. Checking in and out was very simple.I will say you have to walk up 3 flights of steps so if steps are an issue consider that. We don’t have issues with that but thought it should be mentioned. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our 2 weeks here. The property is excellently maintained. The location is perfect to walk to the beach and there are several good restaurants within walking distance as well. All the necessities for a relaxing stay have been included. Kinsey is a great host with timely responses. We plan to return in the future!!

Relaxing home away from home

Do not hesitate to book this property. It is clean bright and spacious - well stocked with all the beach gear you will need. Close to restaurants and steps away from the gorgeous beach! I would book again if I didn’t move down and become a resident!

Perfect Family Getaway / Amazing Sunset Views

We recently stayed at this fantastic condo in Indian Rocks Beach, and it was perfect! **Location:** The condo location is ideal, just a two minute walk off the beach. Super convenient for quick trips to the beach. Indian Rocks Beach is beautiful, with soft white sand, and emerald clear water. Many places to eat. My kids enjoyed ice cream from Kooky Coconuts walking back from the beach. **Accommodation:** The two-bedroom, two-bath condo was great for our family. The second-floor location provided a comfortable layout that was spacious and had everything we needed to cook. All was exceptionally clean and modern. **Family-Friendly:** This condo is perfect for families with children. There were plenty of thoughtful touches including beach toys and gear, which kept our kids entertained. The area felt safe and welcoming, and the beach itself was perfect for kids, with gentle waves and clean sand and warm water. For our fam of four, it was perfect. We met really nice families on the beach and avoided the touristy crowds of Clearwater. **Views:** One of the highlights of our stay was the gorgeous view of the sunset from the condo. We loved sitting on the balcony each evening, watching the sun dip below the horizon. It was a perfect end to our days. **Overall Experience:** Our stay at this condo was wonderful, and we can't wait to come back! Highly recommended!
