New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Nestled between the beach and sound, this gorgeous condo is the perfect place to spend a long and luxurious vacation with someone you love. After a long, romantic stroll along the lapping shoreline, come home to spread out with all the comforts of home to enjoy. You'll love watching your favorite movies and shows on the TV before heading into the kitchenette to prepare a delicious meal. The private washer and dryer will make it easy to pack light for your trip, and the central AC is a great way to stay cool on those hot summer days. Take advantage of the free WiFi to research a fun outdoor adventure or post your favorite memories to your social media. Don't forget to visit the shared pool for a refreshing dip after a hot-weather hike!

Things to Know
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Equipped with high-speed WiFi.
Resort Rodanthe community pool on site. The pool is generally open from Memorial Day - Labor Day, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pools is subject to the discretion of the state inspector, management, and/or the HOA. As a result, the availability schedule may change without prior notice.

Peaceful Stay

The property had everything we needed. Had games, books and internet which was great for teens. Very comfortable and quiet, but only a short walk to the beach.

Cute and comfy for a quick getaway. Good location but it’s definitely easier to drive to beach access location 1 mile away. Awesome donut/pizza shop across the street. Decor was super cute. Place is older and a few items could use replacing but overall enjoyed our stay. Vacasa customer service was awesome!

Great place but too small for 2 adults and 2 kids. One more bedroom would have been better. The tv in bedroom was not working (the remote control was not changing channels).

Spacious One Bedroom Oceanside

Very spacious for a one bedroom. Also has a washer and dryer which is a big plus for a one week stay. Two deck/patios, one off of the living room and one in the front for sunsets. Great amount of seating throughout the condo. Just an easy staircase to the end unit (no multiple stair cases). Great location. "Fun" place to stay which is "Oceanside". Easy access to the beach and the amenities.

This unit is in a great location. Easy to get in and out of and plenty of parking. The washer and dryer both work and that was a real plus, especially in a beach location. The bed was really uncomfortable and the towels weren’t very good either. Also, there are lots of lights outside the bedroom window that can’t be turned off, and the curtains are almost see-through. That was disappointing because the location was so good and the price wasn’t bad at all. If you’re looking for no frills, this unit makes sense. Still, some curtains, towels, and a mattress would take this from ok to really good and wouldn’t cost much to to do.

A few hic-ups. Not a bad home away from home

The condo was very nice and convenient to the beach. However, it was difficult to find a working outlet to charge phones. There were no instructions on how to use the tv in the living room, couldn’t get network television at all. The kitchen had plenty of everything except casserole dishes. Loved the décor! Didn’t realize the pool was 17 miles away either. Nice place to get away for a week. Thanks for the memories!

Vacasa is Useless

Needs overhaul, update. Vacasa failed to clean property thoroughly or remedy their failure. Lots if do-nothing texting from multiple numbers telling ME to do their work. Won't be renting from them again.

Great little place for 2

When we arrived in the middle of the night. We found that vertical blinds in the bedroom were half missing. You could see right into the bedroom from the outside stairs. Got ahold of Vasaca and they came in replaced them with actual curtains. Great customer service!! The place looks exactly what it does in the pictures. The place had enough cooking utensils. It is really nice to have a person washer and dryer. I am coming back in Nov 2024 and will be rebooking this place. You can see a little of the ocean from the front and rear. It does not have an elevator so if you cant do at least a flight of stairs. This place might not be for you. The property itself is ocean front!!
