We had a great family stay 6 adults and 1 toddler. The home was on a very private and quiet street in the hills of Woodland Hills, CA. The home was spacious and the area inside was well suited for a large family gathering. Everyone had their own space. There was even an ADU converted garage as a small apartment with a kitchenette and private bath. The pool was very nice and great for young kids as there is a very large baha area for young non swimmers. The pool was well enclosed for safety with safety locks. The covered patio had ceiling fans that was great for cooling. There was a very large outdoor bbq that we used. I had to turn the gas valve of the gas on under/inside the cabinetry (I was not aware of that, but figured it out. The kitchen could use shaper knives and more kitchen towels (and pool towels) as the place sleeps 10 and we did do alot of cooking and dishes (yes there is a dishwasher). There was plenty of plates and cutlery. It had a VERY large sub zero like fridge freezer that holds plenty of food. We also made use of the regular size washer and dryer. The grounds were clean and tidy with easy keyless front door entry. There were also many large screen tv's in the bedrooms and living room.
