Both the Lessor and Lessee understand that the denial of housing to persons with disabilities is against Federal law. If service dogs are part of an accommodation, access will be provided to comply with ADA. ALL service animals will follow ADA requirements to be leashed/tethered except during a medical emergency. Guests cannot legally be charged an advanced pet fee however, are responsible for all damages caused.
