Welcome to your tropical retreat in the heart of Playa Tamarindo. This stunning four-bedroom, three-bath penthouse is located on the third floor of the prestigious Leora Pacifico community, just steps from the main entrance and easily accessible by elevator. Designed for comfort, entertainment, and relaxation, this residence blends modern luxury with the laid-back charm of Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast.
As you enter, the spacious kitchen greets you on the left, fully equipped with everything you need for gourmet cooking or casual meals. The open-concept living and dining areas create a bright and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for gathering with family or friends. A built-in bar adds a special touch for entertaining, while the expansive wraparound patio invites you to relax with a morning coffee or enjoy breathtaking sunsets over Tamarindo.
Master Suite: King bed with tv and dedicated work space, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower combination and private patio access.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with a custom-built closet.
Third Bedroom: Handmade bunk bed featuring a queen and single bed, plus a dedicated workspace.
Fourth Bedroom (In-Law Suite): King bed with private access, tv and private bathroom, ideal for guests seeking extra privacy.
Bathrooms: In addition to the master en-suite, two full bathrooms are conveniently located for the other bedrooms.
