Unfortunately, the guests who stayed immediately before your group hosted an unauthorized party, causing significant damage to several amenities and delaying their checkout. As a result, our cleaning team spent more than 6 hours preparing the property before your arrival. We communicated these circumstances upon your check-in and asked that you let us know if anything was missing or not functioning. Given the size of the property and the number of amenities provided, it was difficult to inspect every individual game piece before your arrival. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. During your stay, we addressed all reported concerns and ensured the property was restored to our standards. The landscaping work you mentioned was part of our routine maintenance schedule and was communicated by message; we would have gladly rescheduled it had we known it was impacting your stay. We have also taken additional steps to improve the guest experience, including ordering a closet for the bedroom and installing blackout curtains to reduce light from the pool area. We are committed to providing every guest with a great experience. However, as a large property that accommodates larger groups, occasional challenges can arise despite our best efforts. We value open communication and always work quickly to resolve any concerns brought to our attention.
