Beautiful new 3+ Bedroom Zero Entry Ranch with Fenced Yard, Pond and Game Room.
Located about a mile from Douglas and Saugatuck. Enjoy the local beaches, shopping and other attractions nearby. This beautiful home was built in 2025. Having owned other vacation rentals, it was designed and built for our guests needs. The home is designed for zero entry from all entrances. The home is all on one level with beautiful views of the wooded property and pond. The rear yard is totally fenced. A screened in porch right off of the kitchen allows you to dine and relax without being outside. A brand new hot tub is right outside of the screened porch. Another rear patio with comfortable furniture is available for relaxing and enjoying the view. The home has insulation in all of the interior walls so is very quiet. The home boasts 3 bedrooms, each with an on suite bathroom. The main bedroom looks out to the rear yard and pond. It features a king bed a dresser and a comfy chair. The main bath shower is 72”x36” and is zero entry with a bench, standard shower head and a hand held wand. Bedroom 2 and 3 are in their own hallway. Bathroom 2 has a walk in shower and Bathroom 3 has a tub/shower combo. The den with double doors functions as another sleeping space with a queen air mattress available. A 1/2 bath is right around the corner from the den. The chefs kitchen and walk in pantry make cooking a dream. It boasts a 5 burner gas cooktop, large refrigerator, wall oven & microwave, dishwasher and beverage refrigerator. A dining table seating 8 and a breakfast bar with 3 stools make it a fun place to enjoy meals. A large 3 burner gas grill is located steps from the kitchen area. The 3 car heated garage features a fun game room area with shuffleboard, darts, PacMan,Electronic Basketball and Jenga block game.
.The grounds have been beautifully landscaped and the area is very peaceful. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset and watch the stars from your bed! Watch the deer wander by, the birds fly over and if you’re lucky, the Giant Blue Heron that likes to fish in the pond might stop by. We are look forward to sharing our home with others and making your visit a memorable one!

We built our home in Serenity Pines because we liked the location close to town. We also love living in the woods and being around wild life. It is a perfect fit for us.

Our property has many unique features. Being in a wooded area with a pond is such a treat. Having a fenced yard, hot tub and fire pit makes it pretty great! Multiple outdoor seating areas are also a plus. We designed the house and the grounds around what we thought guests would enjoy.
