The updated kitchen makes dining in a breeze, while coastal touches create a relaxed, beachy vibe. The grounds offer a few chairs and picnic table for enjoying meals al fresco or soaking up the sun. Beach essentials are provided for your convenience, so you can spend more time relaxing and less time packing.



The primary bedroom features a queen bed and Smart TV, creating a relaxing retreat after a day in the sun. The hallway bathroom offers a shower/tub combination and includes a convenient small-capacity washer and dryer. The updated kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is fully stocked with cooking essentials, plus a breakfast bar with seating for four. The ocean-view living room provides the perfect place to unwind, featuring a cozy sofa, Smart TV, and a queen pullout sleeper sofa with an air-inflatable mattress for added comfort. Guests will also enjoy beach essentials provided for added convenience, along with one designated parking space, with additional parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (we typically cannot accommodate early arrival or late departure requests in season)

• A/C: Restricted to minimum of 70°F

• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies

• Parking: 1 assigned space + very limited guest parking (first come)

• Pet Policy: No pets

• Age requirement: 25+ to book

• Access: Located on Level 1 (1 flight of stairs required)

• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
