We were a large group and were very happy to find a beautiful home to accommodate our family. The home and gardens were absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful view and walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants and shops. The home had everything we could ask for, very clean, spacious and even had a sauna. We could not have asked for anything more! We hope to be back there again next year!

This place was absolutely beautiful. Beautifully furnished, very very clean, spacious, comfortable, excellent amenities, gorgeous courtyard area and grounds, and very private even though only 2 short blocks to Front Street. Our 3 families, 9 people reunion had 3 beautiful separate areas with ample room in the big house and courtyard for gatherings. The instructions from the owners were clearly written and easy to follow. This was an excellent place to stay at a very reasonable price. We would stay there again if we return to Coupeville!

A three-family reunion needs room to come together and space to spread apart, and it sounds like the house struck that balance beautifully. So glad the courtyard and grounds gave your nine-person crew places to gather, and that the privacy held up even just two blocks from Front Street. Unique place with three separate units, high end well stocked central kitchen, large common space. Perfect for multi-gen families and a few grandchildren. Fire pit was not ready for S’mores as no charcoal or lighter fluid. Sauna not working. Reported so may be fixed by the time you stay. Great location in walking distance to marina, shops, and adjacent library with excellent children’s area. Would help to have a single bed or mattress for child in upstairs desk area, Pak ‘n Play, and high chair … but nice rental service thru BabyQuip which we appreciated. So glad we found this property in Coupeville for a family wedding stay.

A beautiful, comfortable home, thoughtfully appointed and with ample space. Our 3-generation family especially enjoyed the location, fireplace, and sauna. There were a few minor issues but they were handled quickly and well. Overall great.

This is an ideal property for groups who want to gather and have together time, but also have spaces for individuals to separate and have alone time. We gathered our four grown children, their spouses and 5 grandchildren for a wonderful week. Unlike many vacation rentals that offer bare-bone amenities, this property felt like my home: Quality appliances and tools in the kitchen. Elegant landscaping. Beautiful built-ins with custom cushions. Good mattresses and pure cotton linens and towels. Systems that worked well: AC, WiFi, TV, propane grill, water pressure, washer dryer. All in flawless working order. I so appreciated this, as the family vacation-planner. Coupeville is a sleepy little “Twin Peaks” kind of town, with a used bookstore, ice cream and coffee shops, a bakery or two, an antique store and shops for souvenirs and curiosities. We loved the nearby park and tennis court, which we used several times. Also, the library just a block away. Short hikes for beach combing and sunset watching are just steps away. It’s an idyllic little spot of refuge, and the house sits strongly in that category. 10/10 would recommend. P.S. one surprise to be prepared for is the loft access. We had planned to have grandchildren sleep there, but it is accessed by a tall, vertical wooden ladder. They were too frightened to be up so high and worried about falling if a bathroom trip was needed in the night. This detail needs to be pictured in the listing.
