Recién remodelado invierno 2013: nuevos gabinetes de cocina, encimeras de granito, todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, todos los muebles nuevos en todo el condominio, ambos baños remodelados con nuevos gabinetes / encimeras de granito, ducha principal de gran tamaño con tocador individual, nueva televisi��n por cable de 55 pulgadas en la sala de estar con reproductor de discos Blu-ray, TV por cable de 39 pulgadas en el dormitorio principal con reproductor de discos Blu-ray y TV por cable de 32 pulgadas con reproductor de discos Blu-ray en el segundo dormitorio, ventiladores de techo en ambos dormitorios. Cortinas opacas en dormitorio principal y sala de estar. Plaza de aparcamiento cubierto.


Disfrutar de un pedazo de paraíso! La Unidad # 1006 es un condominio muy espacioso de dos recamaras / dos baños ubicado en el 10 ° piso de los rompientes al este de la playa. Reservado, plaza de aparcamiento cubierto para su comodidad. Vistas espectaculares frente al mar desde el amplio balcón con acceso desde el dormitorio principal y la sala de estar. Balcony and view were excellent, beach was clean and chair service was great.Condo was overkill for just my wife and I, yet we rented for the view, if we fly our kids out it would be perfect.Only issue were tv uses a couple remotes, no biggie just took a minute for a grandpa to figure out-lol

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed in a few condos at BE, and this by far was our favorite. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything needed for meals at home, and the balcony was fabulous for morning coffee and evening cocktails. At the time of this review, the unit had a decent-sized cooler, beach tote, toys, and chairs (for after 5pm setup). We will be renting this unit again for sure!

Very clean and well stocked

Extremely clean condo. Has to be the cleaniest comdo we have ever rented. Plenty of towels, hangers, and kitchen supplies. Nice, big patio with plenty of seating. They were very fast with repling to messages.

Great location and beach!

Nice place to relax, beach and sand beautiful, ocean was warm and overall clear most days! Pool was nice in the evenings to relax in.

We love working with Carolyn and Erica at Your Assistant at the Beach. Will be great to have two new working elevators too. I do wish that the HOA would provide a way to recycle right on the property. Or, at the very least for those of us who would REALLY like to recycle instead of just putting everything in the garbage, provide info on where to take recycling items. Otherwise, we LOVE it!

We had everything we needed! The pictures do not do the condo justice, it’s even nicer! The only reason we gave “maintenance, quality of furniture, amenities, etc.” a 4 star, was because there is only one working elevator, but we were aware of that before booking and with it being off-season, this was not an issue at all. It was great having covered parking! We will definitely return!

Great Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Breakers East 1006. The unit was lovely and very well appointed. The kitchen was so well outfitted that I almost felt guilty not using it more. The interior design was very well done and we found it very clean. The complex itself was great. The covered parking and beach set up completes the draw to this unit. I highly recommend it!

This year we stayed in unit 1006, and we really enjoyed the views from the condo due to it being an end unit. You could see all the way to Harbor Walk Village from the kitchen window. Additionally, our kids really enjoyed staying in the bunk beds. We’d definitely recommend this unit, and can’t wait to come back.

Great Condo

The condo was just as advertised and very clean. Nice upgraded, spacious layout and we didn’t feel cramped. Since it is a corner unit, the extra windows provided more light. The king size bed was very comfortable. I was worried about the a/c based on a previous review but it worked well. I wished we would have paid the extra to have the condo stocked with our groceries. We would stay there again.

Facilities Need Repair

For the 3rd year in a row the elevators were not working. During last Saturday’s change over, there were families that waited around 30 min for an elevator. Some got so mad they smashed several of the carts in frustration.

Great vacation unit

From check in to check out, everything ran smoothly. The unit has an unbelievable view of the Gulf with no obstructions. I travel for a living and I didn’t want to stay in a hotel, so we decided stay in a condo/house and wasn’t disappointed. We highly recommend! We will be back

Beautiful place to relax

This condo was very clean and comfortable for me and my family, the only issue we had was the A/C would not go lower than 74 degrees. Management was contacted and they did send someone over to clean out the unit but it didn’t help much, good thing we brought fans because we had to leave them on with the doors closed, and it would be nice if they had a ceiling fan in the living room, other than that our stay was very relaxing and the condo was decorated beautifully.
