Charming Cape Retreat Near Downtown: Hot Tub & Heated Pool

This is a Saturday-Saturday rental for high season (end of June to beginning of September). 2-night minimum for the rest of the year.

Bring the whole family and enjoy a fun-filled Cape Cod getaway at this beautifully updated Hyannis beach house! Ideally located just a short walk to Main Street shops, restaurants, ice cream spots, and local beaches, this home offers the perfect mix of convenience and relaxation.

Outdoor Oasis
Relax and recharge in your private backyard retreat featuring a HEATED pool (heated from mid June - end of August), hot tub, and outdoor kitchen perfect for cookouts. Enjoy plenty of seating for lounging and eating, plus an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Hot tub is OPEN year-round. Pool is open after Memorial Day - beginning of September.

Step inside to a bright, newly renovated home with space for everyone to spread out. The cozy living room is ideal for movie nights, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for family meals.

We had a great stay at this house! Location was awesome, close to beaches and easy walking into Hyannis. House was clean and comfortable, pool and hot tub were great. We had a few questions for the host and they were extremely responsive. We would definitely rent again!

The house was perfect for a girls weekend on the Cape. It was located close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The hot tub was great. The pool was unfortunately closed by the time we got there.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, with a short walk to downtown and an easy drive to several beaches. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the backyard was awesome. We really enjoyed spending time out there. Lisa was a wonderful host, friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this rental and would happily stay again!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home! The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable vacation.We especially loved the outdoor space, the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is fantastic as well, with a short walk to downtown Hyannis which has great restaurants, cafes, and shops.The combination of a beautiful home, great amenities, and a central location made this an excellent stay. We're already planning our return trip!

The house was perfect for our needs. Split AC in each bedroom, and the living room made all spaces comfortable! Bedrooms were small, but plenty big for sleeping! Pool and hot tub out back were perfect! Took a sec to figure out how to turn the pump “on” but was perfectly warm! Pool toys and extra towels provided! As well as beach chairs!

This charming house is a gem! A well equipped kitchen, new appliances and an outdoor grill. We made good use of the fantastic pool, the hot tub and the outdoor shower. Add to this, walking distance to down town Hyannis and easy access to multiple beaches. What more can you ask for? The host communicated timely and clearly. Definitely a place to return to.

Beyond wonderful house - even better than we were expecting! House is extremely clean and well taken care of, the outdoor space was absolutely perfect, and the walk to town was super close and convenient. The pool was very clean, and a fave for the kids! Lisa has thought of everything and her attention to detail clearly shows. Would highly recommend!!

Overall this house was great! The kitchen was better stocked than many of the rentals we’ve had. Lisa was very responsive to my questions and quickly resolved any issues. The pool/hot tub area, complete with a blackstone, was wonderful!! The house is conveniently located and was a quick walk to downtown or to the ferry to Nantucket. Grocery stores were a short drive (recommend Shaw’s, not the Target…not well stocked at all). Beds were super comfy, however the queen and king rooms are super small. Bunk room is huge! Had a high chair and pack n play which was very handy for my grandson. Because the bathrooms are small, would recommend a mirror in the bedrooms to aide in having another spot to get ready. Also would recommend a small shower caddy in the upstairs bathroom as there is no place to put soap, shampoo etc. Final tip…don’t wear socks on the stairs! Overall great stay and highly recommend!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.The house was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, well-equipped and in a great location for exploring Cape Cod. The outdoor space was a real highlight, with the pool and hot tub getting plenty of use after long days out. The property comfortably accommodated our group of five and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.Communication with Lisa was excellent throughout. She was friendly, responsive and provided clear instructions before arrival, making the whole process very straightforward.We were in the area during the World Cup and the house was the perfect base between matches and sightseeing. It felt peaceful and private while still being conveniently located for beaches, restaurants and local attractions.A wonderful property, a great host and a stay that exceeded our expectations. We’d happily return in the future.

We were disappointed to receive this rating. During this stay, we experienced an unexpected sewer backup, which we understand was frustrating. As soon as we were notified, we arranged for emergency service and had the issue resolved and cleaned up within a few hours. We also provided monetary compensation for the inconvenience that night. Beyond that issue, no additional concerns were reported to us during the stay, and the guests completed their reservation as planned. Since then, we have hosted multiple other groups without any similar issues. We take pride in being responsive hosts and are committed to addressing any issues quickly to ensure our guests have a positive experience.
