Once bayfront, the cottage is now just a one-minute stroll from the kitchen door to the serene bay waters. Spend your evenings unwinding on the upper rear deck, where breathtaking sunsets paint the sky, or take a leisurely walk to Ocean City's famous eight-mile-long lifeguarded beaches and bustling family-friendly Boardwalk.

The front porch, shaded by a majestic Dutch Elm tree, welcomes you into a cozy and tastefully renovated space. Inside, the sunlit shiplap-clad living room flows seamlessly into a warm dining area. A natural gas fireplace offers cozy evenings in the fall and winter, while the mini-split system ensures year-round comfort. The kitchen is a chef’s delight, fully equipped for your culinary creations. The first floor also features a laundry area, a full bath with a shower, and access to an upcoming outdoor cedar shower for a refreshing seaside rinse.
