Pine Bay is a charming home tucked away in the quiet neighborhood of Bay Vista. It has breathtaking, vast views of the Lewes/Rehoboth Canal, Thompson Island, and Rehoboth Bay. The home is minutes away to the beaches in Rehoboth and Dewey and shopping at Tanger Outlets. The home is 4 bedroom, 3 full baths, all situated on a single floor. There is a main living/family room, kitchen, dining room, and sunroom with a porch off the back surrounded by a fully fenced in yard.

The Space:
The property includes a single level (2 steps to get up to the front door) , 4 bedroom, and 3 bathroom home. This is a truly unique property being minutes to the beaches and downtown, but nestled in the back of the Bay Vista neighborhood to enjoy panoramic views of the Lewes Rehoboth Canal, Thompson Island, the Indian River Inlet Bridge, and Rehoboth Bay.

Kitchen:
- Appliances include stove, oven, full size fridge/freezer with ice maker, sink with garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee machine, blender, electric kettle and toaster.
- Kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking items as well as basic spices and olive oil.
- We also provide paper towels, sponges, trash bags, dish/hand soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Main Living Room:
- TV with streaming capabilities (complimentary Netflix, Apple TV and Peacock)
- Cabinet filled with games and puzzles for all ages
- Electric fireplace
- Swivel chairs to enjoy the outside view or turn to face the TV

Sunroom and Deck:

Nothing is required of the guests, but we simply want guests to be aware of the following summer maintenance that will occur during their stay.
- Lawn mowing / landscape cleanup is once per week.
- Mosquito service will spray the yard every 3 weeks
