This level also contains one bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, and direct access to the private patio that includes an outdoor hot tub, perfect for unwinding after engaging in numerous activities.
A bonus room has been designated as a game room, equipped with an air hockey table and a flat-screen TV.
The second floor of the unit showcases an open floor plan enhanced by windows that allow the abundant Colorado sunlight to illuminate the interior.
In the living room, guests can unwind on the comfortable sofa while enjoying the warmth of the gas fireplace and the entertainment provided by the flat-screen TV.
