Quiet and Spacious

The house had plenty of space for our family. It was a peaceful location for our relaxing vacation but also just a short drive to English Harbor and beaches. The property owner and manager we easy to communicate with, responsive, and friendly. We hope to return to Indian Creek Estates.

Great 'Home Base'

House was an excellent base for our stay. Only a few minutes from the great Galleon Bay Beach and restaurants of the Dockyard area. Communication with owner was excellent. House could use a bit of "tlc" but nothing that impacted our stay. Would definitely book again and recommend to others.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time at the Villa. Amanda is a fantastic property manager and was attentive to our needs whether it was a minor fix or a question about where to go on the island. We really felt at home and loved the location and being so close to English Harbor. It was nice having a pool and dining on the Lanai by the pool while looking at the beautiful landscaping was a real treat! Amanda is the kind of neighbor you treasure having and Nipashe (sp?), the cat, was a fun addition. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Very enjoyable week in Antigua.

This was a family holiday to coincide with our daughter in law arriving in English Harbour after rowing the Atlantic solo in the “Worlds Toughest Row” event. The property was well placed for an easy drive to English Harbour with its numerous bars and restaurants and perfect for our needs. Our one initial issue was immediately dealt with so our holiday went very smooth and was really enjoyable.

Family Christmas

Great sized property for 3 adults. Plenty of space for everyone both indoors and outdoors. The villa made for a great home-from-home over the holidays. Amanda is a fantastic host and was always on hand to help and answer any and every question. Great location with English Harbour down the road, and the main road around the island on your door step. To fully explore Antigua a 4x4 is recommended.

Comfortable and great location

We had an amazing time exploring Antigua, the house was very comfortable base to come back to. The kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds, lovely pool to cool down in, ceiling fans were great at night. Loved proximity to Pigeon and Galleon bays but we also enjoyed walks and exploring further a field. Loved looking for tree frogs in garden and watching the bats drink from the pool. Very peaceful and safe. Thank you

Charming Caribbean vacation home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfy home away from home. It was more than we expected. Very spacious, nicely stocked - ice in the freezer and cold water in the fridge upon arrival was awesome. The pool mere steps from the main bedroom made the heat/humidity of the island at this time much more bearable. The garden was in full bloom and it was a thrill to wake up and drink coffee next to the pool flanked by hibiscus and other tropical flowers while enjoying the cacophony of bird songs. Amanda and Paul were great hosts. We would definitely choose it again.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY. OLD and DIRTY

The road leading to the proprerty was barely navigable. All of the outdoor furniture was old and dirty. The grill had disintegrated from previous use. It took 3 hours to get the house cooled from 90 degrees, A/C busted. As soon as I looked at the kitchen I knew it was not clean enough and the limited supplies were old. Living cushions must've been 30 years old. WE LEFT AFTER 2 OF OUR 9 DAYS. The host refused any type of REFUND. DO NOT GET FOOLED INTO RENTING THIS LOSER.

The villa was spotlessly clean, with the exception of the BBQ outside which was cleaned by the following morning. The air conditioning had just been fixed before you arrived and so it took a little while to cool down. We strive to provide a positive experience for all our guests and take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

True taste of Antigua

From the lovely home, to wonderful decks, pool and gardens we loved our stay at Indian Creek Estates. This is not a ‘resort, all inclusive’ vacation. We shared cooking and relaxing by the pool, with my favorite - eating outside. We felt like we had a true taste of Antiguan living. This end of the island is not resort developed and we felt like we had a taste of more authentic Antigua. Ann is friendly and helpful - from giving us background on the community to helping us change a flat tire on Good Friday when businesses are closed and we are on our way to the airport to finding out where we could get COVID testing before leaving. We’ve stayed here before and would stay again in a heartbeat. So enjoyable.

Excellent stay - great location - car needed

The villa is fabulous - very clean, check in was easy, flexible check out, rooms are huge, as is shared space and the outside space. The pool is well received if chilling on a very hot Antigua day. I would highly recommend a stay here and would definitely stay again if I return to Antigua. Anne who manages the property is on hand for any help needed, and the location is great - close to English and Falmouth Harbours. The road leading to the villa is pretty rough so I would definitely recommend a car to get around and for easy access.

Get away from it all

Unpacking my suitcases, wishing I was back in Antigua! Missing you already. I was so fortunate to find Anne and Kate’s house. We spent a delightful week, in comfort and surrounded by beautiful gardens full of flowers and hummingbirds. The location has to be one of the nicest parts of the island, away from the city bustle, but close enough to English Harbour to enjoy all the amenities. We started every morning with snorkelling in one of the many beaches within 15 minutes drive, returning home to breakfast outside on the decking. We hardly needed the pool. The beds are seriously comfortable and we enjoyed using the bar-b-que. Everything was so easy and Anne was a wonderful hostess, with just the right amount of contact. We really did feel at home instantly, and want to jump on the next plane back! Thank you!

Perfect spot for an extended vacation

Home was perfect! Clean, with a lot of open space, there was room Enough for the 5 of us (2 kids included) and never felt cramped or crowded. The host was always available and any small issues were quickly resolved The pool is small but perfect for a dip after a day out. No view of the ocean but it is only a 5-10 minute drive. A vehicle is definitely a necessity All amenities were great: AC, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer and plenty of necessities like towels, plates , etc Overall very happy with our stay. Would be back again

Beautiful Antigua

A lovely clean villa with friendly, helpful owners living next door. All issues sorted out swiftly by Anne, Kate and Jed making for a relaxing stay. Anne provided great local information, pointing us towards excellent beaches and places to eat. Thanks for the lovely break!

A perfect home for vacation!!

My husband, myself and 9 of our friends rented two of the villas and it was a perfect stay! The houses were clean, well kept and stocked with everything we needed! We cooked dinner at the villas most nights. There were pots and pans, plenty of dishes and utensils. Having the grill outside was great also! The pool was clean and there was plenty of outside seating for everyone. Plenty of fresh towels and bedding if needed. The property manager was extremely nice and accommodating! I would absolutely rent these villas again!

Perfect bliss!

Our first time in Antigua and we certainly picked the best end of the island. Beautiful, peaceful but still a short drive to plenty of lovely beaches. Ann was a delightful host, very welcoming and so helpful with our questions and queries. The villa was spacious and the beds super comfy. We enjoyed making meals in the large kitchen area and using the bbq. We loved buying local produce and cooking so if I had any teeny weeny issue it would be to say we could have done with sharper knives and other food prep utensils but if you’re eating out it won’t be a problem. But otherwise everything was there and we felt very welcome and relaxed. Certainly need a hire car to see the island and there is so much to see from the amazing food market in St John on a Saturday morning through to Ffryes and Galleon Bay and Shirley Heights to name but a few !

Spacious villa in a peaceful location

Lovely villa and very obliging owners. Great location for exploring English Harbour (5 mins) and neighbouring beaches. Pool is quite small but perfect for a cooling dip. Use Bailey's supermarket in Cobb's Cross rather than the more pricey one in English Harbour, but bear in mind most goods are imported and so have inflated prices. Plenty of excellent restaurants in English Harbour, but eating on the island is expensive (min. £60 for any meal for 4 w/o drinks), so was great to have a base where we could cook our own meals occasionally. Would definitely come here again.

A Hiddlen Gem!

We have just returned from a lovely 8 night stay at the villa. It is home from home - and literally caters for everything you may need when vacationing. We arrived and were given an informative tour by Ann. She lives in the neighbouring villa and so is on-hand should you have any further questions. The villa is well maintained, clean and modern. It also provides a wonderful Caribbean charm and feeling of space. All rooms are spacious and there is air-conditioning (& ceiling fans) throughout. Each bedroom gets its own bathroom, the kitchen provides every necessary appliance and utensil. Though the pool small, it is clean, modern and was perfect for our needs. We spent a lot of time outside swimming, dining at the table - and were able to sunbathe comfortably on the loungers. I have been going to Antigua for many years and have always favoured this side of the island. The villa is well located but does offer a very peaceful environment. I would not hesitate to return.

La place idéal pour la famille et des vacances de rêve !

Cette année pour nos vacances de la relache scolaire, nous avons décidé de quitter le froid du Québec pour la chaleur du sud. La réservation de la maison avec Kate fut très facile et rapide, car elle répondait très rapidement à nos question, même si elle n'était pas nécessairement reliées directement à la maison. Notre choix c'est arrêter sur cette maison, pour notre groupe de 3 adultes et 2 enfants de 12 et 10 ans. les 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains nous ont permis d'avoir notre intimité, et d'éviter bien des déagrément. La cuisine est complète, et spacieuse. Étant donné les bonnes conditions météo, nous avons principalement utilisé la partie extérieur de la maison ou l'on retrouve un coin salle a mangé. Pour y prenre nos repas. J'ai personnellement apprécié le petit coin causeuse, pour y prendre mon petit rum au retour de la plage, après une bonne journée en apnée avec les enfants. Nous avions loué un petit 4x4 et la maison est très facile a trouvé avec les infos donné par Kate. Environ 30 minutes de l'aréoport. Tout est à moins de 10 minutes en voiture, épicerie, English harbour, Nelson dock Yard, ou Pigeon Beach. Seulement 20 min de route pour Halfmoon bay qui est sans aucun doute à ne manquer, Merci Kate and Jon, et je voudrais surtout pas oublié Anne qui nous à accueillie et qui a prit le temps de nous conseiller lors de nos expéditions. We find the English Harbour area to be one of the nicest parts of the Island with a great community spirit and the added bonus of it being the yachting capital of the Caribbean. The beaches are beautiful and the night life energetic and famous throughout the island.
