Take a dip in the pool, soak in the spa, challenge someone to ping pong or corn hole, shoot hoops with the poolside basketball net, or practice your putting on the mini putt-putt course. There's plenty of seating, dining, and a bar area, so whether you're soaking up the sun, enjoying drinks, or just laughing together, this backyard is made for it all.

Head to the lower level game room for a little friendly competition — play pool or darts, grab a snack or drink from the refrigerator, and use the half bath so you don't have to go upstairs.

Take the elevator or stairs to the main level, where the heart of the home is ready for you. The open floor plan brings everyone together — cook up a storm on the Wolf stove, prep snacks at the huge island (seats 8), and store everything in the Sub-Zero fridge, and grab a drink from the wine fridge. The family room is cozy, bright, and perfect for gathering, while the balcony off the living area lets you enjoy that incredible canal view.

Each bedroom has a king bed and private ensuite, so everyone has their own space to unwind. There's also a laundry room with a sink and a hallway half bath, just to make life easier during your stay.

Dock your 30-foot boat right on the canal, perfect for fishing trips, sunset cruises, or just exploring. And when you're ready for some sand between your toes, the white sandy beaches are just a short walk away. You get the best of both worlds: peaceful bayside relaxation and easy beach access. This home is built for fun, relaxation, and making memories. Whether you're here to lounge by the pool, play games, cook amazing meals, or explore the water, you'll quickly find yourself never wanting to leave.
