This contemporary home, completed in 2017, is a fully-furnished luxury rental home located in the quiet Tamarisk neighborhood of beautiful, sunny Rancho Mirage, California. Situated in an exclusive community of 16 newer, high-end homes, it is a peaceful, modern, airy oasis from which to enjoy all that desert living has to offer. All furnishings are new as of 2020, catering to your complete comfort and enjoyment.
This ultra-modern 4BR, 4.5Ba, 3,735 sq.ft. house comfortably sleeps 8 and is the perfect retreat in the heart of the Coachella Valley. It's just 12 minutes to the Palm Springs International Airport, 15 minutes to downtown Palm Springs, and 10 minutes to the shops and restaurants of El Paseo. Rancho Mirage is the jewel of the desert, located midway between the desirable visitor destinations of Palm Springs and La Quinta.
The sleeping arrangements consist of a spacious Primary Suite, two stylish en-suite guest rooms, and a office/media room that doubles as a fourth bedroom, including its own bath with direct outdoor access to the pool. All three bedrooms are furnished with contemporary California King size beds, ultra-comfy premium mattresses and quality linens for a restful night's sleep. The office offers a premium pullout double bed. All sleeping areas feature room-darkening shades to enjoy a lazy morning in bed. Reading lamps let you snuggle up with a book or magazine. The primary bedroom has its own Sony TV, plus a private poolside patio from which you can enjoy morning coffee after your morning dip in the pool. The spacious master bath offers his/hers sinks, a free-form standing tub, and walk-in shower with multiple spray options.
The sleek galley kitchen with quartz counters comes complete with all the accessories to prepare light snacks or a complete gourmet feast. Double ovens, a microwave, an extra-large refrigerator all help with your meal prep, while a dishwasher makes cleanup a breeze. There is a breakfast nook with seating for 4, kitchen island barstool seating for 6, and the extra-large dining table seats up to 8. Outdoors, there's a built-in gas BBQ to grill your favorite foods with bar seating for friends to watch. A large sectional sofa with seating for 12, a dining table for 8, and modern fire pit to gather around under the stars completes the outdoor entertaining options.
The vaulted, lofty 14 foot main room with its sparkling white porcelain flooring and stunning marble-clad fireplace with 85" Sony TV has a large & comfy down sectional and leather club chairs that will accommodate large groups for conversation. For entertainment, there's a whole-house Sonos streaming music system, with additional Sony TVs in the office and primary suite. If business calls, there is a desk in the office for use with your laptop to connect to the secure high-speed Wi-Fi network.
Spend the afternoon lounging around the completely private 36-foot saltwater pool while working on your tan. In the evening, enjoy some drinks around the fire pit, then soak yourself in the attached Jacuzzi spa while taking in the deep starry sky of the desert.

Rancho Mirage is centrally located to all the great things to do in the Coachella Valley. The neighborhood is full of architecturally interesting, historic homes with many being noted by the preservation society. It is super quiet and friendly for morning walks along all the side streets. Our particular block is a small non-gated community of 16 recently constructed homes in an updated mid-century contemporary style.
