Welcome to your dream getaway on Topsail Island! Yacht Rock #206, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home, is a modern and unique 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath canal-front retreat in Surf City that perfectly blends coastal charm, comfort, and convenience. Nestled right on the canals, this one-of-a-kind beach cottage offers water views from every room, direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway, a private dock, and calm waters ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply relaxing by the water. With easy access to the ICW and just minutes to the closest beach access by golf cart (golf cart available to rent with this house), this vacation home truly offers the best of both worlds. This home can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 2 young children.
Step inside to discover a bright, airy interior with tall wood ceilings, beautiful natural hardwood floors, and an abundance of natural light. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area features a wall of windows leading to a spacious deck, where you can take in spectacular sunsets over the water or gather for a sunset happy hour. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals or entertain your group, complete with full-sized appliances, cookware, and multiple dining spaces.
Need a ride to the beach or around town? A golf cart is available at the house which can be rented for $75/day or $375/week. This is an additional fee and will need to be added once the reservation is made. Parking at the beach access is included with the golf cart rental!
Outside, enjoy a grassy backyard perfect for outdoor games, a firepit for cozy evenings, and ample outdoor seating for relaxing under the sun or stars. Corn hole and a gas grill are available.

Boat Dock
Guests are welcome to tie off their boat or jet skis at the dock for the entirety of their stay. Please note the lift is not available for guest use.
High speed internet and Smart TVs are available at the house. There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in.
A gas grill is provided by the owners for guest use. Landmark Vacation Rentals is not responsible for maintaining or inspecting grills for functionality, cleanliness or safety. Guest is responsible for grilling tools and charcoal/lighter fluid/propane and assumes full responsibility for any damages to/from the grill or resulting from use of the grill. Guests are responsible for cleaning grills provided by the owner upon departure.
Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
