Welcome to your perfect Colorado Springs rental! This modern, beautifully updated 3-bedroom townhouse with an office offers comfort, space, and convenience across three levels. With stylish interiors, a private balcony, and quick access to major bases and local attractions, it's the perfect home base for your Colorado Springs stay.
The Home
1️⃣ Step into a bright and welcoming entry level designed with practicality in mind. Here, you'll find a flexible front room with a desk, great for remote work, plus a private office with futon, additional desk, and Smart TV. This level also features a convenient half bath within the office and direct access to the attached 2-car garage.
2️⃣ Head upstairs to the main living level, where an open floor plan makes gathering easy. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, modern finishes, and a Keurig for your morning coffee. The dining area opens to a spacious family room with a cozy sectional, large Smart TV, and electric fireplace. A half bath is located on this level for added convenience.
3️⃣ On the top floor, the serene primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and private en-suite bathroom. Two additional queen bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for guests, along with a shared full bathroom. The laundry area is also located on this level.
