HUGE PRIVATE POOL (6ft+ deep!), 2 expansive porches (one screened-in), multiple living areas, multiple fireplaces, an outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, big backyard, open-concept floor plan, and walking distance to the beach, restaurants & shops!
The space
Welcome to 'Beachside Betty!'
Step into this charming two-story retreat where comfort meets coastal elegance.
As you enter the first floor, you're greeted by a spacious living area complete with a cozy fireplace, built-in wet bar, and access to the screened-in porch. Past the living area, the laundry room and the first three bedrooms are also conveniently located on this floor. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The next room also has a Queen bed, and uses a dedicated bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom is a bunk room, with one set of Queen-over-Queen bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.
Step through the living area to the screened-in porch, a peaceful spot designed for relaxation with ample cozy seating, rocking chairs, plus a daybed swing! Past the screened-in porch into the backyard, the huge 6-foot+ deep private pool invites you to unwind. Also in the backyard, enjoy sun loungers, a firepit, outdoor dining area, outdoor shower, and plenty of yard space for the kids to play!
Upstairs on the second floor, beautiful hardwood floors and exposed wood beams create the perfect coastal ambiance. The main living room features a second cozy fireplace, with ample natural light flowing in through the large doors. The open-concept floor plan flows this space seamlessly into the dining room and then the chef's kitchen, complete with high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and seating at the island for four. Stepping out through the glass doors, the expansive porch overlooks the backyard with a BBQ grill and two outdoor dining tables.
The last two bedrooms are also located on the second floor, one with a luxurious King bed and the other with a Queen bed, both sharing a bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.
There is parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway, along with the LSV/golf cart.
Just a 5-minute walk from the beach and other local favorites, this home is in the perfect location!

Located in such a great area of Blue Mountain Beach! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and quiet feel. Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), and convenient public beach access by Goatfeathers on 30A.
WALKING distance to the beach, Local Catch, Goatfeathers Seafood & Market, and more!
Scenic Highway 30A's best restaurants nearby include Blue Mabel (walking distance), Shunk Gulley's Oyster Bar, Goatfeathers, Perfect Pig, Stinky's, Local Catch, Pizza by the Sea, The Vue 30A, Red Bar, Blue Mountain Creamery + Charlie's Donuts, Redfish Village (a great taco joint), and the new Mimmo's 30A!
Also less than a half mile to Point Washington State Forest with trails galore! Great biking all around.
Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. Guests will be held liable for any damages to the LSV.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, fireplace, LSV/golf cart, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
