Welcome to your Kissimmee vacation home! Just 10 minutes from Disney, this spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome sleeps up to 10 and gives you the best of both worlds — your own private pool plus access to Solara Resort's amazing amenities.
Enjoy a full kitchen, comfortable living spaces, fast WiFi, and plenty of room for the family to relax after the parks. Universal and Epic Universe are approximately 20 minutes away.

🌴 GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
We want you to know exactly what to expect:
• PRIVATE POOL: Your townhome has its own private pool.
• RESORT ACCESS: You'll have access to Solara's pools, hot tub, splash pad, fitness center, sports courts, playground, lounges, and more. Some activities, including the FlowRider, may have an additional fee.
• VEHICLE REGISTRATION: Solara Resort requires all guest vehicles to be registered before arrival. You'll receive registration instructions after booking.
• PARKING: Maximum of 2 vehicles. The garage is not available to guests. Additional vehicles may be subject to a resort fee.
• PET-FREE HOME: Pets are not permitted.
• MAINTENANCE: Weekly pool and lawn service may occur during your stay and cannot be skipped.
• SECURITY CAMERA: One exterior camera is located at the front door.

Contactless check-in makes arrival easy, and entry instructions will be provided before your stay.
Solara Resort requires vehicles to be registered before arrival. A maximum of 2 vehicles is permitted, and the garage is not included.

🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
We're happy to accommodate early check-in or late checkout whenever our schedule allows.
Availability depends on neighboring reservations and our cleaning schedule, so requests can only be confirmed closer to arrival or departure. An additional fee may apply depending on the requested time and scheduled availability.
