• Gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and luxury appliances
• First-floor primary bedroom with a wet room, soaking tub, and walk-in shower
• Second living area on the second floor
• Community pool
• Quick walk to the beach
• Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1 (1st Floor) - King Bed - Private bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub
• Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor) - King Bed - Private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
• Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor) - Queen Bed – Hall Bath with Shower/Tub

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls
• NO STREET PARKING
House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement.
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
