3 Mermaids Haven is a 2-story home with open concept living and dining on the 1st floor. Enjoy multiple outdoor spaces to soak up the Florida sunshine. Grab a cup of coffee (drip coffeemaker) in the morning and head outside to listen to the birds and the breeze which includes multiple outside seating options. If you're lucky you can grab some fresh citrus just outside the back door.

Cook up an amazing BBQ feast on the charcoal grill. Inside, you will find 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor along with the laundry. This is a perfect space for 2 families, a large family, or a girls' getaway to stretch out and enjoy some much-needed relaxation.

Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs the length of 30A -- hop on just around the corner. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach.

Beach Access:
Take a left from the front door onto Lakewood Drive. Follow Lakewood until Beachfront Trail and turn right. There is a public parking lot here as well. Down the end of Beachfront Trail is your beach access, Walton Dunes.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
