Your open floor plan great room looks out over the infamous Gulf of American and Front Beach Road and it's just a short tram ride or walk over to the beach. You'll enjoy relaxing on the queen sleeper sofa and coordinating chairs. There's a large TV with Roku HD Streaming with Lux Speed WiFi provided throughout the property so be sure to bring your devices!

Step out onto your covered balcony and enjoy morning coffee and croissants or watch the dolphins from your beach view balcony. You can access the balcony your great room and your main bedroom. There's plenty of seating for everyone!

The kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. Your Beach Time Third Bedroom features a king size bed with plenty of closet space and a covered patio of its very own. This bedroom also has its own private en-suite bathroom. The third bathroom offers a tub/shower combo with single vanity and toilet.

Parking is available throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
