Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada y ubicación
Pretty view but not for me
When booking my vacation the most important thing was ocean view. I did see that there was no AC and that other reviewers said they didn’t even notice it, that was not the case for us. It was so hot and uncomfortable it was almost unbearable in the apartment. There were 2 ceiling fans but I did not feel like they made a difference, when we asked the management team if there were any fans available for us to use they referred us to the ceiling fans, definitely not helpful. I bought a box fan from the store myself our second night because it was so hot.
2nd red flag was the roaches, this is a very nicely remodeled apartment and it looked really clean, we did however see several roaches in the kitchen… I was brought a can of roach spray from the rental company but that didn’t help how nervous I felt that we were going to bring some home with us in a suitcase.
3rd we were at the pool TONS of signage “No jumping, no splashing, no yelling” my son and I were doing a handstand contest he fake coughed like he was drowning (not loud at all) then a woman lectured him about pool etiquette and we ended up getting into a huge argument. Then after we were swimming quietly she tried to berate him AGAIN, definitely a terrible experience. A few nights later we were eating dinner on our lanai and could over hear kids at the pool around 7pm sure enough someone came out and yelled at them and their parents kind of got into it. If you want to be an adults only building just say that!
