Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.

Here along the banks of Baskins Creek, you'll be three blocks south of the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg. There's a stop for the Gatlinburg Trolley right in front of the building, as well as a wide variety of attractions - including Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, the Village Shoppes, and the Gatlinburg Convention Center - within walking distance. Drive only one mile south to find the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike the Appalachian Trail and watch for bears and other wildlife in Cades Cove. The town of Pigeon Forge - home to Dollywood, WonderWorks, the Hollywood Wax Museum, and The Island in Pigeon Forge - is eight miles north as well.
