Casa de playa frente al mar Montauk

Montauk casa frente al mar en una de las playas más hermosas del extremo este de Long Island. Surf, kayak y windsurf en la playa. Un corto paseo por la playa hasta Gurneys Resort and Spa, con bar y restaurantes.

Impresionante estilo de tejas, casa de tres niveles con dos niveles de cubiertas. 4 habitaciones, 4 1/2 baños, capacidad para 10 personas (la sala de la familia inferior, que da al océano, capacidad para 2 personas). Todas las habitaciones tienen vistas al océano.

Completa con sillas de playa, sombrillas y juguetes de arena para niños. Solo trae tu baño y chanclas y ya estás listo para la playa. O si prefiere relajarse mirando al océano, hay cuatro salones con un toldo eléctrico.

Arriba hay 2 dormitorios, 1 1/2 baños, cocina y sala de estar. Nivel medio es la sala de entretenimiento y lavandería. En la planta baja hay dos dormitorios, 3 baños, con otra habitación familiar que se puede usar como dormitorio.

Cubiertas superiores e inferiores con mucho espacio para relajarse y entretenerse. Cubierta superior fuera de la cocina y sala de estar con comedor al aire libre con capacidad para 8. Comedor interior con capacidad para 10 personas. Chefs de cocina con estufa vikinga, refrigerador Subzero y parrilla al aire libre.

Dispone de aire acondicionado. Incluye servicio de limpieza semanal de la casa.

Awesome beach front house

This was our 6th year staying at this house which is on a deep sandy beach. Great location. Excellent home for a family vacation. Short walk to Guerney's Hotel for a cocktail at their beach bar. Close to downtown Montauk and a short drive to East Hampton or Sag Harbor. Highly recommended!

Best Beach House Ever!!

This is the ultimate beach house with awesome views in a great location on a beautiful deep sandy beach. Close to the town of Montauk and a short drive to East Hampton, Sag Harbor or 5 minute ferry ride across to Shelter Island. Owner keeps the house in great shape and he is super-easy to deal with. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome Beach House

This is an absolutely awesome house on the best beach in Montauk. Owner is fantastic. I highly recommend it. You can watch whales and dolphins from the deck. Also, a great location - close to town and short walk along the beach to Gurney's for lunch or a beach front cocktail.

Wonderful week on the beach

This is the second time we have stayed here with our extended family. It's the perfect house - views from every window, coffee on the deck in the morning, watching the birds from their level, hitting the beach and enjoying the smooth sand, reading on the chaise lounges on the deck, cooking dinner all together in the spacious well appointed kitchen, playing games around the long table together, yoga on the lower deck listening to the waves crash, super comfortable beds, and of course - the BEST shower head in the world! The location is very private but a quick ride to town. Ken answers promptly if you have questions. There are no negatives and hopefully we will be back again!

Gazing Down To The Ocean

I’ve always walked along the beach at Montauk and looked up at the houses high on the bluff, and wondered what it would be like to stay in one. This house is beautiful. Almost every elegantly furnished room has a view of the sea. The well equipped kitchen with a sweeping view of the ocean and substantial cooking island is a great hangout place. Weather was great for us luckily, but one evening with wind and rain howling, we watched TV in the cozy interior lounge area. Our family and guests were struck with the attention to every detail.

Great Vacation

The vacation home was fabulous and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very high-end and had everything you would ever want with all the best of kitchen equipment. The total home was beautiful and the views of the ocean from almost every room were wonderful. I would recommend this home has an ideal rental and plan to come back sometime next year. Dick

The most amazing house and setting

We had an amazing time in MTK at this home. You could not ask for a better house and location. The house had everything we needed for our almost 2 weeks. Ken, the owner, was so nice and helpful. We just got home and are missing it already! Can’t wait to return!

GORGEOUS!!! Photos don't do this home justice

This was the most beautiful home ever. The photos will never do it justice. All bedrooms have ocean views. The living room has massive panel windows overlooking the ocean. There are two massive balconies overlooking the ocean. The retractable awning was lovely when it got too sunny. The beach was empty and so nice for evening walks. The kitchen was great, and had everything you'd need! You will not regret booking this home. Ken was super communicative! Thanks Ken for a memorable babymoon vacation <3

Great Beach Getaway

Everything about this home is stunningly beautiful. Situated in the dunes, the unobstructed views of the ocean, from almost any room in the house, or on the two decks, were breathtaking. The home is a bit out of town near Hither Hills and Gurneys, which is so nice for privacy. The kitchen /great room is on entry level and there are ocean views the minute you walk in. It was a family get together for us so there was lots of room to be together but also lots of room when you wanted your privacy. We cooked a lot and the kitchen area was well stocked with high quality cutlery, dishes, and provisions. The appliances are top tier. All the bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were super comfortable. Sleeping to the sound of the surf was blissful. The shower in our bathroom was the best. So powerful but still a soft spray! We had the use of the beach chairs and other beach items so we didn’t have to bring anything. There is a shared walking path down to the ocean between houses. Our host, Ken, was always responsive within minutes of sending him a text whether it was to give us advice for a nice place to eat or to answer any questions about the house. You can tell this is a home someone put a lot of care into. Don’t think twice about renting this, it’s perfect and we hope to return again soon!

Best Vacation Ever!

In the midst of COVID, this beautiful home allowed our family to safely spend time together and relax. The owner went above and beyond to insure that our stay was perfect. In advance and during the vacation-Ken was a gracious host and always available to assist. The location does not get any better! Gorgeous ocean views from every room. The home is well maintained, beautifully decorated, and well appointed in every way. Hope to vacation here again in the future. Everything was just perfect!

Wonderful family week on the beach

This was the perfect setting for our family gathering. We spent most of our time right at the house - on the deck enjoying the beachfront view or strolling the shoreline. The home is 5 star! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Plenty of room to spread out. We brought our bikes and were able to take a couple of nice rides. It was easy to visit Montauk village, lighthouse, and several beautiful parks. Ken is a wonderful host - very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. We will definitely return if we can! Thanks!

Amazing week on the beach

This was a beautiful property - even nicer than the pictures look. We had a wonderful week. The house has everything you could want and Ken, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. We loved it and hope to come back!

Great house!

This house is absolutely amazing! Great location. Really nice beach. Fantastic ocean views. Close to town, restaurants, bars and the marina. Couldn't ask for anything more. Owner is very responsive and has all of the amenities in place to make it a great property. Highly recommended!
