Charming 2 Bed Home, Walk to Balboa Park, Zoo
Enjoy Park Villa, a two-bedroom house and courtyard nestled on a storybook tiny street adjacent to Balboa Park and near North Park's exciting restaurants, cafes and shops.
You'll be next to the tennis courts, swimming pool and disc golf course, and numerous hiking trails. A longer walk or short drive gets you to the Zoo and museums.
Balboa Park Golf Course, Petco Park stadium, and downtown San Diego are close as well. Great beaches and Mission Bay Park are about 15-20 minutes away by car.
The space:
🛏️ 2 bedrooms: one King and one Queen, each with Winkbeds mattresses
😎 Private courtyard with dining table and gas grill
🍳 Full kitchen, pots and pans, Keurig coffeemaker, microwave
🛜 2 dedicated workspaces and AT&T 1G fiber internet
🛋️ Comfy living room and 4-person dining room
🖼️ 2 Smart art-frame TVs, with Sling included
What to expect:
🚙 There is one parking space in the driveway and also ample free parking on the street.
🥩 The grill is yours to use, however it is possible you may have to get the propane tank filled.
🌻 The house has a central heating unit to keep you warm on cool winter nights. During the warmer months (May-October), each bedroom and the main front room have their own AC units.
💬 We value your privacy and aim to provide a seamless, contactless experience. We are available by message throughout your visit to answer any questions or assist with any needs.
Things to know:
✅ Guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
✅ For your safety, there are security cameras at each entrance and the entrance to the courtyard. There are no cameras in the house or pointing at the house.
✅ Park Villa's neighbors are truly lovely, our houses are quite close together, and they have us on speed dial. With that in mind, we require that guests refrain from excessive noise and also observe quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. No parties, of course.
✅ The fireplace is not operational, but it is equipped with fairy lights to provide ambience.
