Welcome to the Sea Garden experience- wake up and smell the ocean! Thoughtfully renovated and design. Loaded with amenities to make your vacation unforgettable. Movie Theater, Street Legal Golf Cart, Hot Tub, Putting Green, Arcade, Playground, Foosball, Outdoor Shower, and more!!



**The street legal golf cart is a 6 seater. It is available from 4/15-10/15 every year. We need a signed waiver and copies of drivers licenses. This is offered as an extra amenity. Enjoy all of Kennebunk/Kennebunkport without getting into your car!**



This home was completely renovated and is located about 3/4 of a mile to Mother's beach, KBIA, and Webhannet Golf Course. Dock Square for dinner and shopping- Located just 1.5 miles.



Exterior: Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Plenty of yard space! The patio has a salt water hot tub with jets and a sound system, gas fireplace, outdoor shower, dining set, and a BBQ gas grill. The yard has a putting green and a playground for the kids. The deck off of the den has a large dining set, a kids dining set, and outdoor games!



Interior: This freshly renovated 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home has finishes and furniture to make you feel comfortable for your Maine vacation. The first floor has a den with gas fireplace, Kitchen, Dining room, Bathroom, and living room with a wet bar and access to the patio. The basement has a Movie Theater, Arcade/Game room, and a laundry room. The second floor features 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a full bathroom en-suite with stunning marble shower. The 3 other themed bedrooms are tastefully designed and decorated. All have comfortable beds and high end linens/bedding!

Great house and location!

The house was perfect for 4 adults, 3 kids and a dog. The kids loved the putting green and the playground. The hot tub was also a big hit. Having the golf cart was great and made the trip to Mother’s Beach Easy.

We stayed here as part of a staycation during April vacation and loved it. We loved the downstairs game room and movie theater! It’s conveniently located to all the attractions in the Kbunk/Kbunkport area! Highly recommend!

The perfect place!

We loved our stay in Kbunk! The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood just a short drive or golf cart ride to the town and beach. There was so much space for our two families and the kids loved the basement arcade games and movie theatre. The backyard was also great with an outdoor shower and playground. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Our family of 5 (six with our pup) thoroughly enjoyed this property! It is in excellent condition with several nice amenities including the game room, movie theater, and hot tub. We had several meals out on the patio with the grill, patio furniture, and propane fireplace.The house is in a great location to walk or a short drive to the beaches and good proximity to central Kennebunkport shopping and restaurants.

Great house—perfect for families with kids! The location was convenient, and the home felt very clean and safe throughout our stay. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. The only small improvement would be having more towels and a few additional pots and pans, especially if you’re planning to cook at home (we had lobster bakes in mind!). Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would return in a heartbeat.

All the comforts of home and then some.

The home was very clean and the pictures online well represented the property. We enjoyed all of the amenities. We found the communication to be 5 ⭐️. Any questions that came were answered promptly by the property manager. Highly recommend the property and Coastline.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for relaxing,playing games (inside and out), sharing a meal, watching TV or a movie. Outdoor recreation and relaxation, plus close to several beaches and town for shopping and dining. The local manager responded to inquiries and issues quickly. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Our family enjoyed our time, created new memories.The kitchen needs some attention through organizing and cleaning.

Maine Stay

This home was very beautiful and accommodating for our trip to Maine. This was not our original choice, originally we had a home booked in Bridgeton for a birthday weekend and because of circumstances it didn’t fall through and we booked this instantly. It felt very at home and peaceful with the a fun twist! It was very accommodating for our party of 12 and we had a blast. Will definitely be back!
