Waiohuli Beach Hale es un pequeño complejo frente al mar situado en Cordoba Maui Hawaii. Esta propiedad tiene una gran sensación de la hawaiana con un ambiente relajado y tranquilo. Cada unidad está a pasos del mar y está situado en el centro de compras grandes, restaurantes, playas y está a minutos de los campos de golf de Wailea y Makena. Easy check in, ac worked great. Simple but had everything you needed. Wish they stated that they had beach chairs, noodles etc earlier before arrival other than that everything was good

The apartment has a great location and a beautiful view from the balcony. It is located right next to the beach. Theres a supermarket nearby, so you dont need to drive to do the grocery shopping.

Ideal for family reunion

My husband and I travelled with our two adult children and their spouses, renting three condos here. Lots of chances to be together at the lovely beach and pool, and enjoyed grilling and eating in the picnic area. Nce to have the convenience and privacy if individual condos. A great stay!

Love the property! Our unit was a bit tired with a very minimal kitchen, but our family had a 2 BR downstairs so we were able to use that kitchen..would love to return!

The condo was very minimal and the kitchen was not well equipped. and well worn. The location was unbelievable, pool and beautiful private beach was just steps away from the condo.

A fairly good location

We had issues with spiders in the unit. The air conditioning was useless. The unit was sparsely equipped. The pool was excellent. The location for groceries could not be better.

Thank you for taking the time to review 214. We are completing an inventory of the units equipped and taking care of the AC issue. A pest control company has been hired to eliminate the tropical insects.

We are sorry for your disappointment with the a/c but we are happy that we were able to get someone out to the unit on the second day of your stay to reconnect a vent hose so the a/c could function properly. I hope the rest of your stay was wonderful despite the intermittent a/c during the first day of your stay.

Great pool that is only 4.5 feet at its deepest which is great for younger kids. Only drawbacks were no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the condo. Make sure to bring quarters for the coin operated machines onsite. Overall a very very nice place to stay and we’ll definitely be back in the future.

Unit D-214 is on the second floor with no elevator, but it's right next to the parking lot so you shouldn't have problems getting in and out. Just be ready to carry what you need up one flight of stairs. Everything was comfortable in the room. The two portable AC's did great. Highly recommend staying here if you can work with a second floor unit.

Nice but dated

The complex is a nice little set of condos on the beach. This particular unit is clean but dated. The kitchen was poorly laid out and a challenge to work in. The art is very dated. A couple of lights barely worked. And the biggest bummer: the pool is colder than the ocean, so nobody (except a dedicated lap swimmer) spent much time in it. Nonetheless, we had a nice time in Maui.

Old and Dated.

Curtains are old ,dirty and have holes in them . Bathroom cabinets are peeling, no counter space. We looked at some other units in the complex and the ones we saw were quite updated for the same amount of money.

Mahalo for your feedback. The livingroom curtains have been replaced. The install of the new curtains was 12/9/22. This unit is more on the original side however it is cleaned and maintained and priced accordingly. Not all condos are offered at the same rate.
