Welcome to Kozy Oaks, part of the Kozy Places family of properties where our motto is "Kozy Places, Happy Faces!"
Set on a hillside with expansive mountain views and conveniently just 5 miles from Sequoia National Park, this roomy home is designed for families and groups who want comfort and convenience. Outside you’ll find a large deck with a fire pit, hot tub, and grill. EV charging station is available. Inside, relax in our large living room and enjoy cooking in our fully stocked kitchen.
Whether you're planning on exploring the park all day long or staying at home and relaxing, we've got you covered!

Parties and events are not allowed. Cameras in the home's entrance & common areas are used to monitor the property.
QUIET HOURS:
We pride ourselves on being good neighbors, so we request that guests try to observe a quiet hour policy between 10pm - 8am every day.
SMOKING:
Smoking inside the property is NOT ALLOWED and must be done away from windows to avoid smoke from entering the house. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 charge due to the required deep cleaning needed to ensure that no smoke smells linger for future guests.
