The home was clean and inviting. The second bathroom was downstairs and the stairs are very steep. Overall it was nice for the price.

Perfect Beach Getaway with a Great Yard for Dogs

We had a fantastic stay! The property was perfect for our needs — the yard was spacious and fully fenced, which our dogs absolutely loved. It was such a relief to have a safe space for them to run around. The location was also amazing — just a short walk to the beach, which made daily trips super easy and enjoyable. There was plenty of room to park both of our vehicles without any hassle. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing and pet-friendly getaway. We'd definitely come back!

Great Location, short walk to the beach and Best BBQ!

Location is very convenient with a short distance to the beach or on to 101 for good food and shopping. Great amenities to cook in and BBQ. Towels

The backyard fencing is excellent. There is an area beside the house with blackberry bushes coming up from the ground that is pet accessible. My dog got a thorn in his foot unfortunately. Would be great to have that area cleaned up of those bushes. The house is very nice, great kitchen and comfortable beds and furniture. There are no games or puzzles that are often in rentals and no throws or extra blankets for getting cozy on the couch. The extra linens are very sparse and there is no washer and dryer so that could be troublesome. The living room tv did not work for anything but streaming your own apps. So no local news and weather. We did enjoy our stay and if the blackberry bushes were gone we would rent it again.

Comfortable, and fully fenced backyard was great for my dog. Locations is super close to the beach. But the bonus area is advertised, but required me to contact property management to get keys to the area... and it's behind a door marked "owner only". Also, there's a functioning washer/dryer but you aren't allowed to use it (super annoying). Also, bags of dirty linens and towels were left on the porch all week and not restocked with many clean ones so the supply of towels and dish rags was scant. Kitchen had basics but was missing items like a strainer or a regular spatula (had to use bbq cooking gear). Overall nice space but I'll probably find a space with a washer/dryer next time.

Comfortable stay in a great area close to beach

Place was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Beds and couches are comfy. Place has easy temperature control. Backyard great for dogs. Loved the sunny "sand room". Would definitely stay here again.

Not enough amenities for the price

There was no washer and dryer that was available to us. The best thing about the place. Was the backyard fenced in in large with a fire pit lots of chairs. Covered patio. But there was not even any coffee remotes for the TVs were very hard to understand. Communication was excellent though. I personally would not rent this place again.

Great Location

The location is really amazing to get to the main spots of Lincoln city. It's such a short walk to the beach as well! Easy to get to. It's a little dated in the interior, but cozy enough if you're not planning on being a homebody. It was raining really badly when I went, so we couldn't enjoy the yard as much, but it was a good size for our dog. Overall, we'd stay here again

Short walk to the beach

Location is good, backyard is fully fenced, appliances are like new but new pans wiuld be greatly appreciated plus the property could use some updating and a good cleaning. The property owner is polite and quick to relpy to questions.

Nice place.

We had a quick one night stay. Nice property and exactly how described. We had an issue with the key breaking in the lock and it was addressed quickly with one phone call. Very on top of rectifying the problem. We really appreciated that.

Cozy, comfy and cute home.

We arrived to a very clean and pretty house. Nicest paint job on the block. It is on a quiet street and just a couple blocks to the drive onto the beach access. Yes, you can drive onto the beach. Very nice feature for people who have walking issues. Check in and check out features are easy. My only issue was the bed in the master bedroom is pretty high up and kind of a challenge to get into for vertically challenged people like me. Once in bed though it's very comfortable. I'll definitely try to rent this home again. Hopefully for a much longer stay. Thank you!!

Nice pet friendly beach house.

The positive points of this home are it's great, central location and closeness to the beach access. We also loved the fenced back yard with a nice lawn for the dogs. The kitchen had all you need to prepare meals. The bathroom was good sized with plenty of towels. The one bedroom we used had a large comfortable bed. A couple of knits to pick were the lack of laundry facilities and sparse uncomfortable furniture. It's a pet friendly place, I get it. I also found the gas grill to be basically unusable. Overall, a good value especially if you want to bring your pets.

Perfect

The property was perfect. We took our 2 dogs. Having a fully fenced backyard was perfect. The house was clean. The only thing i would change in the house is the sofa. Not very comfortable and very low to the ground for someone with bad knees. But otherwise I would definitely recommend it.
