Great beach house! Short walk to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The three levels make it feel almost like a treehouse. Very enjoyable and comfortable place to stay!

The house was great! Plenty of room and close to many beaches to explore. The communication with the host was always within minutes and very helpful and kind. The beds were extremely comfortable!

This was a great house. We appreciated the central locations for all of our activities. The kids enjoyed the loft area and seeing deer on a regular basis. We would stay here again!

Had a lovely vacation with our family. Great location for access to Pacific City Beach. We appreciated having comfortable rooms and beds for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. For those with mobility challenges, all bedrooms are upstairs.

This wonderful property is full of character and was perfect for a group of 5 adults and three dogs. It was a pleasant, comfortable, clean home that my in-laws loved so much they wanted to potentially rent this place again in the future for their next family coast vacation. The property is close to bike paths and a close walk to the beach, and to the Pacific Brewing Company and dunes area. It was so wonderful to be able to walk our dogs around the area. In addition, the owners of this property have stocked this home with practically everything you could need for your stay, all we needed/brought was a cast iron skillet, and a small food processor, they had everything else from coffee makers to blenders to baking sheets and more available for us to use. Definitely recommend this property to others. Thank you so much for allowing us the chance to stay here.

This house was great for our family get-together of 8. It is very spacious and the fenced-in yard for our dog was great. The hot tub was nice and hot, but smelled a little musty and the heavy cover was a little tough to get on off and on. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the master bedroom and there was no key to get in. The management company Casago got there pretty quick, and eventually got it unlocked. They said they would change the doorknob. This place is perfect if you don't care about having a perfectly spotless and newly updated house. It was a great family home at an affordable price!

Please was well stocked with things you may need as well as things people left (random spices, etc) in the kitchen. There is only a single frying pan (12" ?). Also, I believe someone checked out the same day and the garbage can was completely full and a single empty garbage bag was available.Thankfully, I travel with pots and pans garbage bags (yes seriously) - so we were good. Other than that, the place was comfortable, convenient, and I would stay there again.
