This is one of those reviews that selfishly, you don’t want to post. It would attract too many people to this condo and will no longer be available. But that wouldn’t be fair to the owners. This is an outstanding unit and couldn’t be happier. From the communication with the owners, the ease by checking in, to the amenities, the charm, the property, couldn’t say nicer things about this unit. This property is one of the nicer ones we have stayed at. The resort offers areas where you can be in a larger group if you chose to do so or relax in peace and quite if you want some alone time. The unit is well stocked and nicely equipped with everything you need to fix meals if you don’t want to eat out. We loved the balcony that runs the length of the unit and looks out over the property and the ocean. We saw whales right off the beach every day we were there. The host is very responsive and touched base to ensure everything was going well. We did have a self inflicted problem that occurred when we arrived. Zoey helped us resolve the issue within an hour of reaching out and followed up the next day to ensure everything was taken care of. We spent time here and in Cabo San Lucas. Of the two areas we definitely preferred this one as the vibe was more laid back and less rowdy. Very few vendors on the beach just sun, sand, and the sound of the surf. Would stay here again.

Second time staying at Zoey and Wayne’s wonderful condo in the Casa Del Mar / Zoetry resort. Have stayed in several places in this resort over the years and this is by far our favorite. Amazing view, beautiful and tranquil property with several nice pools overlooking the beach, and their condo is spotlessly clean, comfortable with great amenities and thoughtful touches. Pretty swimming cove an easy 10 min walk down the beach. Zoey and Wayne are great hosts and very responsive. Looking forward to our next visit.

WOW!

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with the owners was exceptional, the view was stunning, and we were lucky to have the pool entirely to ourselves for most of our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities throughout the property were excellent. We especially appreciated the high-end washer/dryer/dishwasher. The staff at the nearby restaurants were warm and welcoming, which added to the great experience. Oh, and we enjoyed the tennis and pickleball courts so much - they were well maintained, felt like they were brand new. Highly recommend!

Absolute Gem!

Stunning views, beautiful resort grounds, comfortable one bedroom with ocean views from the bed, main room and patio, many pool options (full service pool or other pools for your own picnic), great restaurants on site with reasonable rates compared to other nearby resorts, 15 minute walk to swimming beach, what more could we wish for? We hope to stay again soon!

Absolutely a gorgeous property and the unit was beautifully stocked with everything we needed and more! The staff was friendly and gave excellent service! The restaurants were all amazing! You truly do not need to leave the property if you don't want to! Grocery store was 5 mins away. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed! We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful, relaxing

The bed is the most comfortable I’ve slept in away from home. Very cute and comfortable condo- short walk from the ocean, pool, and amazing restaurants. The servers/staff are excellent. We really loved Josefat, he’d bring us drinks and food by the pool. It was a great distance between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose. We would come again

Exactly as described with an incredible view! We enjoyed an amazing 3 weeks at Zoey & Wayne's condo. Peaceful days full of sun, margaritas and whale watching. Thoughtful and welcoming owners provide everything you need and more. Zoetry staff were friendly and attentive, really making us feel at home for the duration of our stay. Peace and Quiet

Great quiet location. Love the time spent on the patio every morning watching the water. The King bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and you can lay there watching and listening to the water. More than worth the price being charged.

Lovely Condo in the Cabo Corridor

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this condo. It is just as described....and more. The owners were extremely gracious and helpful every step of the way and promptly responded to all of our questions before and during our stay. The condo includes all of the essentials and is located just steps away from a beautiful beach on the Gulf of Mexico, of which there is a stunning view from each room.

We are a midlife retired professional couple who love Baja and who have rented successfully through VRBO for years (including 3 units in this wonderful Resort)! Wayne is a retired real estate broker/manager and Zoey is newly semi-retired after working in the social services and health fields. We are Canadians who live in the Vancouver area. We have 3 adult daughters and love sailing, tennis, yoga and spending time with friends. Wayne is an avid tennis player and when we are at Casita Topaz plays most mornings on the great courts here. Zoey enjoys hiking and walks on the fabulous beach that stretches for miles in front of the resort.

We first visited the Los Cabos area in 1990 after finding that Hawaii was becoming too pricey for us. At that time, we had two little girls and picked the Cabo area as it was the sunniest, closest, shortest flight from the Vancouver area of British Columbia, Canada!

Over the past 30 years, we visited most of the areas in the southern third of the Baja and added a third daughter to our family. We were really challenged when we finally decided to buy our own condo as there are many gorgeous locations and Resorts on Baja.

As a realtor, Wayne knew that being clear on our desired elements of a condo was very important! Our criteria to purchase included: beachfront, tennis, swimming, golf, quietness, physical beauty and a feeling of a peaceful oasis in the desert yet close enough to a larger center for groceries, shopping, restaurants and an airport!

After many years of searching and experimenting, we found our ‘desert jewel’ and are so excited to let you know that ‘Casita Topaz’ aka Pelicanos 202 in the luxurious Cabo Real area of the Los Cabos Corridor is available as a Los Cabos vacation rental!

We fell in love with this development on our very first trip to Los Cabos in 1990. At that time Casa del Mar was ‘lines in the dirt’, however, we were captured by the physical beauty of the area and could envision the stunning end result!

We are so excited to share this beautiful condo with you and your friends and family!

We purchased Casita Topaz in March 2013 and had no intention to buy when we arrived in Los Cabos for a vacation but were curious about the current real estate market as Wayne worked in this industry in Vancouver. We set up some showings with local realtor Wendy Knapp and looked at a couple of places before we walked into Casita Topaz. We stepped in the door and fell in love! The unit caught our attention because of the fabulous panoramic view and eclectic furnishings! We could see the potential for a fabulous luxury vacation condo. The final perfect touch was seeing a whale swimming just off the beach!

Over the years of spending time at Casita Topaz, we have grown to appreciate the seclusion, the tranquility, the fabulous landscaping of the grounds, the gorgeous stretch of quiet beach, the stunning views and the sunsets, even more.

Driving through the Security Gates onto the cobbled road into the development, feels like arriving into a desert sanctuary filled with wonderful landscaping, a Boutique Hotel, pools, fountains, and of course the beach and ocean and Casita Topaz.

Located on the second floor of the Pelicano Building, 'Topaz' is quiet and serene, providing you with all the comforts of home.
