Set high in the Colorado mountains, Sky View Summit is a luxury cabin in Bailey, Colorado offering the perfect mix of privacy, comfort, and adventure. Dog-friendly and just over an hour from Denver, it’s an ideal retreat for families, couples, and small groups attending nearby weddings, concerts, or mountain events.

Spend your days hiking, wildlife watching, or exploring the area, then unwind in the private hot tub, outdoor sauna, or stargazing dome under a sky full of stars. Designed for connection, Sky View Summit is made for movie nights, friendly competitions in the game room, and slow mountain mornings with sweeping views.

3. Guest access 🔑
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all three levels, decks, hot tub, sauna, stargazing dome, and game room.

★★ WINTER ROAD ACCESS ❄️★★
Sky View Summit is located on a mountain road. From November through April, AWD or 4WD with good tires is strongly recommended for safe access, especially after snowfall. Vehicles without AWD/4WD may have difficulty on inclines during winter conditions.

● No parties or unauthorized guests
● Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM
● Pet fee required and pets must be disclosed
● No smoking indoors or outdoors
● AWD or 4WD strongly recommended November through April
● Maximum 6 guests and 3 vehicles
● Active wildlife area. Secure food and trash
● Elevation ~8,700 ft. Stay hydrated, take it slow, and use oxygen cans if needed
By booking and staying at Lakeview Lodge, guests agree to follow the house rules below. These rules are in place to ensure a safe, comfortable stay and to respect our neighbors and property.

Occupancy & Age Requirement:
Maximum of 6 guests
Primary booking guest must be 21 years or older
Minors must be accompanied by an adult
Only registered guests are permitted on the property
Unapproved guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation

Dogs:
Dogs are welcome
$99 per dog per stay (must be selected at booking)
Maximum 2 dogs
Dogs must be at least 1 year old
No cats due to severe allergies
Please clean up after pets and report any accidents or damage promptly
Unregistered pets or unreported damage may result in additional charges
Service animals are permitted as required by law

Parking:
Maximum of 3 vehicles
Please park only in the driveway
Do not block the road or neighboring driveways

Smoking & Fire Safety
No smoking anywhere on the property
Fireworks are strictly prohibited
Park County fire restrictions and burn bans are common and may change without notice
Guests must comply with all current fire restrictions, including restrictions on fire pits or open flames

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Sound carries far in the mountains — please be respectful of neighbors
Disturbances may result in additional charges or cancellation of the stay

No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted
Any disturbance, misuse of the property, or violation of this rule may result in additional charges or immediate cancellation without refund

Hot Tub Rules:
No glass in or around the hot tub
Please shower before use
Turn off jets and lights and replace the cover after use
Children under 13 must be supervised
Additional cleaning, damage, or refill fees may apply if hot tub rules are not followed
Use of the hot tub is at your own risk

Trash & Wildlife:
Trash must be secured in the locked bins at all times
Wildlife is active in the area — unsecured trash can cause damage and repeat visits

Outdoor Amenities & Safety:
Use of the hot tub, sauna, decks, stairs, dome, and outdoor areas is at your own risk
Children must be supervised at all times
Follow all posted instructions for amenities

Mountain Conditions & Access:
Mountain conditions may include snow, ice, wildlife, limited visibility, and delayed emergency services
AWD or 4WD may be required, especially during winter months
Guests are responsible for safe travel to and from the property

Security Cameras:
Exterior security cameras are installed for safety and property protection
No cameras are located inside the home

Prohibited Activities:
No parties, events, weddings, or commercial use
No illegal activity of any kind
No subletting or transferring the reservation

Check-Out
Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM
Late check-outs without prior approval may result in additional fees

Furniture & Property Care:
Please do not move furniture
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear
Additional cleaning or repair costs may be charged if the home is left in poor condition

Final Note

Failure to follow these house rules may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property in accordance with Airbnb policies and local regulations.
