Bienvenido a lo mejor de Folly Beach! Salón en la hamaca en el amplio porche y disfrutar de hermosas vistas del faro de la isla de Morris y gloriosas puestas de sol sobre el río de la locura. Tomar el sol, cangrejo, pescado y observación de delfines desde el muelle con el muelle flotante. Barco, vela, jet ski, kayak y nadar en el río. Caminar 3 cuadras de la playa para disfrutar de las olas y la arena! Papa Paradise ofrece todo lo que cualquiera podría desear en una vacaciones en la isla. Además, está a sólo 11 cuadras de la diversión y de compras de la calle Center ya sólo 20 minutos de la historia, el encanto y la belleza del centro histórico de Charleston.

Nuestra casa de 3 pisos cuenta con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños. La planta baja cuenta con un amplio garaje, y la sala de estar principal está en los pisos segundo y tercero. El dormitorio principal, que se encuentra en el segundo piso, tiene una cama king-size, amplio walk-in closet y tocador independiente y zona de baño. Los otros 2 dormitorios están arriba en el tercer piso y conectados por un baño Jack y Jill, cada uno con su propia vanidad privado con lavabo. Un dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio, y el otro tiene 2 camas dobles.

Un amplio salón con vistas a la gran porche y río de la locura. Conectado es un grande, de estilo familiar comedor y cocina totalmente equipada.

Hay un porche maravilloso fuera de la sala de comedor con una mesa para comer al aire libre.

El salón tiene un dos sofás grandes, una de las cuales se saca a una cama de matrimonio, 2 sillones, una televisión grande, y un montón de juegos para la familia, juguetes y libros.

El porche se conecta a la sala de estar y baño principal y se completa con una hamaca y un cómodo sofá para leer, dormir la siesta, o simplemente pasar el rato.

Cañas de pescar, trampas de cangrejos y las redes se proporcionan. Siéntase libre de traer su propio barco, kayaks, paddleboards, o motos de agua también. We have stayed at four other houses at Folly Beach over the last seven years, and this one was the best overall for its spaciousness, location, and access to the river and beach. The view is beautiful and we loved having the dock for swimming and kayaking.

Our family loved this roomy house and the beautiful scenery. We spent time on the dock, the amazing front porch, and walked over to the beach. We’re definitely going to return!

This was our 5th time staying at this property only missing 2020 when they shut down the island. Kayaking the Folly River and getting close to the dolphins is amazing. The fishing is fun too.

Amazing Getaway!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house over Memorial Day weekend. It was so busy in the island but we felt like we had a piece of quiet heaven back on the porch and on the dock. We brought our boat and spent time fishing and paddle boarding right off the dock, watched sunsets and saw so many dolphins! We cannot wait to come back and stay again!

The house is beautiful with a pretty view. Very clean. Short drive to downtown. The host was more than accommodating with everything. It was a wonderful vacation.

We enjoyed our stay so much!! The view was spectacular especially the sunsets. The location was convenient to beach. Communication with host was always quick to respond. It worked perfectly for us! The only negatives were no screen on back porch so we got a lot of mosquito bites and kitchen needed more cookie sheets. I added one and left it with the one that was there. Also, den furniture could be better. One recliner was broken. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great location & Layout

This house has a great location and a fabulous location with marsh views and a great dock. We rented a golf cart which made the 3-4 blocks to the beach and the short trip to town super convenient. The bedrooms are very large and the view is amazing. To be fair, the house does need some TLC and some updating but overall it is a great choice for backwater/close to beach Folly Beach Lodging.

I did just want to say that we had planned on doing some updating and renovating last winter in preparation for this season, but we had an unexpected illness in the family that pushed us back a year. It looked even better than the photos, absolutely awesome property. Fishing would be great if you know what you're doing. The house had great features that weren't even mentioned, will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful and Secluded

Had a great time, this is in a beautiful spot, the back porch and dock can't be beat! Really the only thing that wasn't great was that there were lots of cockroaches on the first floor, especially the master bedroom. We still managed to thouroughly enjoy ourselves and other than that, I give this place 5 stars.

Family reunion

Annual family reunion, had a wonderful time. So much space for all ten of us. Child-proof/safe for the youngest (4 years old). Incredibly easy to use our boat straight off the dock, love the huge kitchen for the food we made every day. Definitely would return.

Great, comfortable getaway with GORGEOUS sunsets

Great, comfortable house with plenty of space for our family of 7 adults and 1 baby. We lived on the dock and porch. Gorgeous views. Keurig coffeemaker, well-stocked kitchen, bedrooms are huge. BYO suggestions: beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cart, etc.), chairs for dock, travel fan for porch (bugs), and life jackets (esp for littles as dock does not have railings). Everything else is there. Allison is so friendly and accommodating. We hope to be back. Thank you, Allison, for a great time and an easy transaction.

Great weekend

I had a family get together here and had some very special moments! The setting was perfect. We saw dolphins every day in the intercoastal. They were close to the dock. The back porch is perfect for quiet evenings, days and everything in between. The kitchen had A LOT of things to cook and entertain, even if it was disorganized. There was some paint peeling in the bathrooms and the hammock was torn, but otherwise everything was in great order. Everyone who came commented on the location. It took forever getting on the island and downtown was super crowded, but where we were, you would have thought you were on a quiet, peaceful island. This place has a lot of sentiment for me now. I definitely enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere!

This house is enormous and the marsh views and sunset dock are amazing. It is a bit far away from town, so make sure you rent a golf cart - but that's exactly what we were looking for. The home decor is straight out of the 90's, but in a very vibey way. It made me very nostalgic for my childhood home. Our family had a really nice stay there. Also, the kitchen is massive, so it's a really great set up for families - we cooked dinner almost every night. And, dolphins really do swim by the dock at sunset - our nephew was so excited. :)

Allison is a great host and very responsive. This house is about location, the beautiful views, and the dock. The porch overlooking the river is my favorite spot on the island. The house is spacious and comfortable with lots of room for our group to spread out. Its location is a quiet respite from the “busy” streets.

Beautiful property

Had an amazing stay here. We pulled out boat right up to the dock and it was so easy to walk to the beach. The back porch is perfect for sunsets. Will def use this place again if its available!

Our Wedding

My elderly brothers & their wives came from Missouri to my wedding and stayed at this house. They were completely blown away by the property. The house is dated but still very Nice. The views are breathtaking. We fished on the dock and enjoyed the stay very much. There are a lot of stairs but worth it!

Our family lived in this house year-round for several years; however, when the kids grew up and went to college, we moved into town and used the house for the summers. Recently, we've grown older and aren't using the house as much so we've decided to rent it out and share the beauty. Our family was born and raised in Charleston and we love the lowcountry with a passion. What a great place to live!

Having rented homes on Folly Beach throughout our childhoods, we finally decided this was where we wanted to be. The beach, the water, boating and the views are incomparable. We built this house in 1987 and have loved it dearly ever since. Truly our family home with such great memories.

The view of the sunsets from the front porch simply can't be beat. There's nothing more beautiful than sitting on the porch with your family watching a summer storm roll in, watching the sun dip below the marsh, seeing the dolphins swim by from the dock, and watching the joy on your children's faces as they jump from the dock, pull in a fish, or catch a crab!
