Our condo is located on the second floor, with access via stairs or a walking ramp for easy accessibility.

For those traveling with trailers, please be aware that trailer parking is not allowed on city streets or in city parking lots.

Each bedroom features a king-sized firm gel memory foam mattress for a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom boasts a walk-in closet and a private ensuite bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom offers direct access to the main bathroom and includes a walk-in closet , perfect for unpacking and organizing your belongings. Both bedrooms have VIZIO smart TV's for guests to enjoy while staying.

Cozy up by the electric fireplace and take in the scenic views from the private deck overlooking the charming town of Lead. The comfortable sofa pulls out into a full-size bed, providing additional sleeping space. In the kitchen, you'll find a fully stocked coffee bar and all of the essentials needed to prepare and enjoy a home-cooked meal.

Please note that there is only one reserved, uncovered parking spot for each unit in the building. There is no trailer parking on the property. Please message me for more parking options. Prior to your stay, you'll receive a four-digit code to unlock the electronic door lock for convenient, keyless entry.

There is a coin-operated laundry on each floor of the condo. It is $1.50 each to wash and dry. A grocery store and gas station are within walking distance.

Please note that smoking is NOT allowed in the condominium or on the private attached deck.
