Burnt Pine Ranch - Springs Retreat. 100 year old secluded rustic farm cabin.

Relax with the whole family at this historic, peaceful place to stay. This family farm cabin was built 100 years ago and was originally used as a tobacco packing barn. Now fully renovate and converted, it offers a peaceful and rustic stay in the woods, providing a serene retreat for nature lovers and those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Nestled among tall florida pine trees, the cabin exudes a cozy charm with its traditional barn like exterior and welcoming interior.

The space
You’ll go back in time once you pull off the main road. You’ll enter through a motorized gate and follow a dirt road entry into the property. It will wind you through the first part of a pine tree farm before it opens up to your private get away.

The space is very much an open floor plan. Great for entertaining! Cook meals, eat meals, watch the game or movie night all in the same space. There’s 2 bedrooms down stairs that Jack and Jill and full bathroom. There’s a loft upstairs with 4 twin xl beds. The loft would be ideal for kids, it might be a little tight (low ceiling) for grown adults. Another half bath and laundry room downstairs for guests.

There is a gas golf cart that can be rented for an extra $30/day plus deposit. This is a fun way to get into town and down to Little River Springs. Please message me for the details!

Guest access
While this is a small section of a larger piece of property, only the main road coming in and the cabin are permitted for use. This is an active pine tree farm and hunting preserve, so we ask the guest to stay within the respective boundaries.
Other things to note
This cabin was recently renovated and turned into a hunting lodge. We are new to hosting and all feedback is appreciated. Let us know if theres anything we can change or do to make experiences better for all.
