Folly River Condo - Pool, Dock, Steps to CenterSt

This is a fantastic condo with outstanding views of the Folly River. Very quiet and serene spot to relax and yet only a short walk to all the restaurants and action at Folly Beach!

River Retreat sleeps four (4) people with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Queen bed in the master and two twin beds in second bedroom. There are 2 flat screen TVs, complimentary cable and high speed wireless internet. The open living room/dining room and kitchen is a perfect gathering space for your group to relax and enjoy the natural light & beautiful view!

Turn of River community offers a pool and great dock for fishing, crabbing and slip rental. The dock, as well as your private screened in porch, is a wonderful place to watch the dolphins or sailboats go by. Enjoy a cocktail while watching the most spectacular views of the sunset!

A short walk or bike ride across the Folly bridge will take you to town and the beach. Explore the shops and restaurants, rent kayaks, paddle boards or just take a boat tour along the beautiful waterways. Historic Downtown Charleston is just 10 miles from Turn of River and there are so many things to see and do downtown as well. We are happy to give you recommendations on a day trip Downtown.

The unit is on the first level, which is accessible by stairs or elevator. Guests have full access to all the amenities that the Turn of River community has to offer. Parking is included with your stay and there are also bike racks just below the unit if you`d like to bring your bikes and lock them up for easy access.
- Guests must be 24 or older to book. Then upload a valid ID and have a working phone number on the account.
- NO parties, events, or loud outdoor music.
- NO SMOKING OR VAPING ANY SUBSTANCES INSIDE of the house. You will be charged an extra $500 & your rating will be negatively effected.
- NO Pets and NO exceptions. Owner is allergic. Sorry for the inconvenience.
- Guests will have basic check out instructions such as clearing out the fridge, taking out their trash and starting the dishwasher.
- Any heavily stained sheets, washcloths or towels shall incur replacement costs. Please let us know ahead of time if their are any accidents during your stay.
- If a guest reports that anything is unsatisfactory during their stay, management wants to fix it as soon as possible, so we reserve the right to enter the property and take care of it within 12 hours.
