Featuring an open floor concept, the Historical Garden Home is great for gatherings, family cookouts, and BBQs. Enjoy the front porch, back patio, garden, and lawn. Guests are also welcome to take out any of the four bicycles or the tricycle we provide! We are always just a phone call away for any questions, comments, or concerns that you may have before or during your stay. We are easily reached by cell or the Air Bnb messenger after you reserve. There is a keypad located at the front door. Guests are given a unique keycode that works from check-in through checkout. We are available to answer any questions or help with any needs.
The neighborhood is a relaxed atmosphere with beautiful turn of the century homes. This part of town is called The Historic Old North End. As mentioned, the Neva Inn is located in the center of Colorado Springs with easy access to Colorado College (1.2 mi) the University of Colorado (5 mi) and Penrose Hospital. It`s also About 15 minutes from the Air Force Academy. Seven Falls and Cave of the Winds are about 20 min away. There are many wonderful restaurants close by from small mom and pops to well-known larger places. The Bon Shopping Center is also just around the corner with an ATM, Safeway, liquor, salon, cleaners, hardware and Stir that is the newest coffee shop and cocktail bar
Getting around is super easy by car, foot or bike. There is the metro bus service that has a stop within walking distance. The bus stop is just three houses to the south of us. Also transportation by car is easy and mostly free parking can be found.

No smoking anywhere in the house. Ashtrays are provided and we ask that no evidence of discards be left in the ashtray or on the grounds. For those traveling with pets, we ask for you to ensure your pet is house trained. Doggie poop bags are provided along with a rake/scoop for you to clean up the yard during your stay. Please use the outside trash cans and triple check the yard before you depart!
