Unidad # 109 Vista a la piscina y al jardín

Hi Lillian, Thank you for alerting us to this. We maintain strict cleanliness standards and were deeply disappointed to hear about your experience. Because we are located in a warm, subtropical climate, large outdoor palmetto bugs can occasionally find their way indoors despite our strict, scheduled monthly pest control treatments. Immediately following your checkout, office staff and maintenance inspected your unit with no findings. However, we take any bug sighting seriously and we immediately brought in a professional pest control service to inspect and thoroughly treat the entire property. We can confirm the home is completely clear and fully certified for our next guests. We hope to welcome you back for a flawless stay next time. Sand Cay Beach Resort

Hi Mayumi, Sand Cay Beach Resort would like to thank you for being a loyal returning guest for seven years! Your comfort is key while you are here staying as our guest, and we want you to know that we are very sorry for the cleanliness oversight with the dust, and for the presence of pests and any issues that you had while you were staying here. This experience does not match our usual standards. The old rug is being replaced, and the closet humidity is being checked.
