Rare end-of-canal, private single-family villa with excellent boating access, resort amenities, a large covered porch, and marina access. This rare standalone 3BR, 2.5BA villa (sleeps 8 with queen sofa bed) sits at the very end of the canal, offering exceptional privacy, multiple parking spaces, and a dedicated 38ft boat slip located just steps from the home with electric and water hookups. Boat Slip #1 is positioned at the end of the canal for incredibly easy navigation in and out.
BOAT SLIP TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE THROUGH JANUARY (ANTICIPATE IT TO BE FINISHED BY THE END OF FEBRUARY AT THE LATEST OR SOONER) DUE TO A DOCK PROJECT. A DISCOUNT WILL APPLY; MARINA DOCKING/SLIPS REMAIN AVAILABLE THROUGH THE DOCKMASTER FOR SEPARATE FEE. From the moment you enter, you'll experience a blend of style and comfort. The eat-in kitchen features new quartz countertops and opens into an indoor dining area with seating for eight, overlooking the large waterside balcony and spacious living area. Outside, you'll find new Polywood couches, chairs, and dining seating. The first level also includes a convenient half bath and a queen pull-out sofa sleeper.
Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, private open-air balcony with seating for two, an ensuite full bathroom (shower only), and a smart TV. The two guest bedrooms also include smart TVs and cheerful décor—one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. There is also a Pack and Play available upon request.
This villa enjoys prime waterfront positioning with incredibly fast access to both the open Atlantic and Gulf via Vaca Cut. As the only fully private, non-attached home at the end of the canal within the resort, it offers a uniquely peaceful and exclusive stay.The maximum dock length for the included dock (steps from the villa) is 40 ft, and dock space is #1.
Coral Lagoon Resort features an outdoor heated pool with ample seating options, both shaded and sun-filled. An electric grill is provided on the back porch (no open-flame grills allowed).
A 3-night minimum is required for weekend stays; 1–2 night stays may be considered for midweek or non-peak openings—please inquire for approval of shorter stays.
The Boat House Marina requires all renters who plan to use the dock slip to register with them and provide proof of insurance. A $50 registration fee applies. The marina also offers additional services such as on-site trailer parking, boat ramp access (up to 28 ft), fuel, ice, fish cleaning stations, and more for separate fees. Only one vessel of any size is allowed per slip, and no trailer parking is permitted in front of the home or in any common areas. Trailer storage may be arranged directly with the marina.
