Make yourself at home in this newly built one-bedroom guesthouse apartment located in the heart of Denver’s La Alma–Lincoln Park neighborhood. Designed for comfort, privacy, and convenience, this modern retreat is ideal for couples, solo travelers, business guests, or friends visiting Denver for events, arts, dining, or exploration.
The apartment is part of a newly constructed, two-unit guesthouse situated directly behind our primary residence. This one-bedroom unit is located on the second floor and offers a private, peaceful stay with its own separate entrance. A boutique studio is located on the first floor and is listed separately. Both units share space near our personal garage, but each is fully self-contained for guest privacy.
Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully laid-out space that blends modern finishes with a warm, welcoming feel. The living room features a comfortable leather sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for up to four guests. After a full day exploring the city, unwind with air conditioning, cozy seating, and a calm, quiet atmosphere. The separate bedroom offers a restful place to recharge, complete with hotel-quality linens designed to ensure a great night’s sleep.
