Our family of 8, ranging in age from 9-76 rented both units and stayed for 5 days mid-June. We were welcomed by a bottle of wine and chocolates on the counters. The freezer had bags of ice for beach coolers. Those welcoming touches set the tone. Beds were very comfortable, spaces were generous, and we used the washer and dryer several times in both units. Televisions, even though we didn't have time to watch much, were in all rooms and the main ones were large. We loved the privacy. The location was steps to the beach (and I was on crutches) I was also able to walk to the Mission Market and the liquor store. The Cannonball restaurant was so good. Great location. We spent a lot of time on the decks in the sunshine and breezes. We also cooked every breakfast and several other meals on the main floor. We ordered delivery from Vons because Ralph's did not deliver even though it was closer. Communication with Lucas was great from the start of the reservation to the end of the stay. He texted after we arrived to see if everything was in order. The cleanup upon leaving was simple: leave towels on bathroom floor, run the dishwasher, and clean out used food. We all agreed the vacation was "epic" and location and comfort of our rental home was a big part of that. Thank you.
