Alojamiento familiar en todas partes, que incluye sillas de playa, sombrillas y mucho más.

Esta casa administrada por el propietario tiene fácil acceso a la playa. 5 minutos a pie o 1 minuto en un carrito de golf en el nuevo carrito de golf (¡incluido con su estadía!) El corto cuarto de milla al acceso a la playa de Gulfview Heights. Camine o monte en un carrito de golf para ir a restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento, incluido Gulf Place a solo media milla de distancia.

El primer piso tiene garaje y entrada / salón de actos para quitar la arena. El espacioso dormitorio en la planta baja tiene una cama tamaño queen y un baño completo, mientras que el porche trasero está configurado con parrilla a gas y muebles de patio al aire libre para relajarse después de un día en la playa. Family vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 10. Kitchen is very well-appointed. We cooked our meals without wishing we had “this or that” pan, etc. Beds were comfortable and cozy after a day of fun. The golf cart was an amazing bonus even though the beach is within easy walking distance. A family member ran the nearby trails. Amanda is an amazing host. Very responsive and kind even when she was hosting a party at home!

Amazing location and house. We had a great time there. A small hiccup in the begging but the owner went above and beyond to make it right. Because of that I would rent any of the houses she owns!! Thank you again for making our trip a fantastic one! We will be back for sure!

Amazing week!

We brought our daughter and friends down for spring break and we had the greatest time. The convenience of the golf cart was awesome, but the beach is less than a five minute walk, which we did often, just to enjoy the area. Amanda was so easy to work with. We are trying to work another vacation in soon at this property.

Emerald Coast Snowbirds

This is the second year in a row that I have rented this property. It is perfectly appointed with everything needed to live away from home for a month or more. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate friends and family visiting. The kitchen is big and contains everything you need to make meals at home, and there is a grill as well off the first floor bedroom. The location couldn’t be more perfect with just a short golf cart ride to the pristine, white-sand beach. The home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with four other homes. Down the street in the opposite direction from the beach, you can find miles and miles trails in the Long Leaf forest preserve for walking or biking. There are grocery stores about 7-10 minutes driving and multiple restaurants in walking and golf cart distance. Amanda is a very responsive host. 10 out of 10 experience!

Best Month Ever

This house was perfect for our one month snow-birding escape. The location is so convenient with easy access to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. The owner was very responsive to any needs during our stay. The house has a big kitchen with all supplies needed to cook, bake and grill. We will definitely be back!

AN AMAZING TIME

The house was perfect. 3 levels made it easy for our family to be together and still have our own space. Everything was cleaned, working and up to date! Our host was amazing. The communication was great. The beach was a short walk. We loved our stay.

Perfection!

From the very start, the process was extremely easy. Communication was on point. The house was beautiful, and described perfectly. Easy access to the beach, and close to many great restaurants. The golf cart was perfect transportation for the area. The property was loved by the entire party. Would love to return!

Great family vacation spot

Awesome layout for our family of grown children! Everything was so clean and well taken care of. We brought lots of our own supplies, such as a family-sized crock pot, beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards and all of those things were there for us to use!! We could have packed much lighter!! Having the golf cart was so convenient and fun!!! I would 100% recommend this home to any group looking for a house of this size!! It will not disappoint and the owner is so easy to work with! She answered our couple of questions quickly! Great week with our family at this house!

Excellent Property - Even better than described!

Amanda is absolutely a delight to work with; her response time and attention to detail is a rarity! The house is ideal-fully stocked kitchen, clean and nicely furnished rooms, minutes to the beach. The golf cart is a nice touch, making trips to the beach even easier. Would most definitely recommend and plan to book again! Thank you, Amanda!

Amazing Beach vacation, will stay again

This has been our favorite beach rental we have ever had. The house worked great for our family of 6. It was large enough that everyone had their own personal space, but we still enjoyed meals together. The house is only a quarter mile to the beach. We used the electric golf cart to lug all of the provided beach stuff. Most days we were able to find open golf cart parking. If we didn't, we just took all the stuff down to the beach and had 1 person drive the cart back to the house and walk. It was close enough that's it's only a 5 minute walk for 1 person. Then we just did the same when leaving. The beach location has a sand bar that reaches out 60 feet, so it was great for kids. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping within golf cart range of the house. We only used the car to go to the grocery store and the outlet mall.

All Around Great Place to Stay

This is the second time we have stayed here because we had such a great time during our first visit. The condo is a wonderful location for all the activities in the area. Two family vacation with young kids!

We had a great time in Santa Rosa Beach! The house was perfect for our big crew and included everything we needed for the week. There were board games for downtime at the house, sand toys and all sorts of gear for the beach, and the outdoor shower was so convenient. Amanda was available if we needed anything but we never had any issues! The area is super cute and loaded with restaurants and beautiful beaches without feeling quite a touristy as Destin- we will definitely be back!

Great family vacation spot

Excellent location and awesome beaches at a very nice house and neighborhood. Owners were awesome and communicated throughout the process. Everything you need is included at the house including the golf cart to carry you back and forth to the beach. This was definitely a plus with this property. I would most definitely recommend this property for a great, relaxing vacation!!

Excellent stay!!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at the house. The owner was super responsive with all our questions. The location of the house was perfect. The golf card allowed quick and easy access to the beach. The house provided everything needed to make our daily trip to the beach fun and relaxing (chairs, toys, towels etc.). We will definitely come back again!!

Wonderful Home on 30A!

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home in Santa Rosa Beach! The home had plenty of space for 8 of us and the golf cart was a nice perk included! The owner Amanda, was super helpful and very kind. She was attentive and checked in on us throughout our trip. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay on charming 30A!

Great beach house!

We had a great family vacation! The house was well stocked and in a great location...easy access to beach and close to a hiking/mountain biking trailhead. The golf cart and beach gear were especially helpful.

A great host and a great beach house

We stayed as a group of 6, 3 couples. We had a fantastic time. Hurricane sally had just hit the Florida coast the day before we were to check in. Amanda was so helpful and communicated with us through the whole stressful time with the decision to come or cancel.We had a blast, and the houses three levels were perfect for multiple families. The bunk room was a bonus and it made us miss our kids and want to bring them back! Golf cart, location to amenities, and garage full of beach toys was so ideal as well. Perfect perfect experience. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!

September 2020 trip

My family (3 adults and 2 kids - 13 and 9 years old) stayed at the properly the first week of September, 2020. I can't say enough good things about how helpful Amanda was throughout the whole process. She reached out before we arrived to ensure we were 'good to go' on the check-in procedures, etc.. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do while we were there, both before our trip began, and then again when I had a couple of questions while we were staying there. And then again just prior to checkout to make sure everything went smoothly and ensure we understood the check-out procedures. She was a pleasure to work with. As far as the properly itself - Looks just like the pictures. Great beach house. 5 minute walk from the beach, although we took the included golf cart each time we went to the beach, as that helped carrying the umbrellas, chairs, etc., (that were included in the garage with the home rental). It's a 60 second cart ride to the beach, with golf cart parking right next to the beach entrance. The golf cart make this process much more enjoyable to lug all that stuff around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all well appointed. The kitchen had everything you'd need while staying there, although admittedly we didn't use it much as we mostly ate out, although it's really convenient in the morning to have breakfast at the house to accommodate different wake up times with kids, etc.. The house is in a quiet part of town, so that you don't have parking issues, etc. that you sometimes see at beach communities, but it's literally minutes to get to Seaside or other areas with more activity (that do have the parking and crowd issues), so you've got the best of both Worlds there that you can go back to peace and quiet at night after dinner, but just a short drive away for more activities. There are also a couple of great restaurants a short (like 3 minute) golf cart ride away without leaving the 'extended neighborhood," for evenings you want more low key. I'd highly recommend this property. The house and location and amenities are excellent (you only need to bring sunscreen and bathing suits - they've got everything else there), and Amanda is amazing to deal with.
