The Space:

The scent of fresh coffee drifts from the kitchen while laughter bubbles from the game room, and the backyard pool glistens, promising a splash of relaxation. Here, every corner feels designed for togetherness, from sunrise breakfasts at the dining table to evening chats by the unheated hot tub under a canopy of stars.



Sleeping arrangements

Downstairs you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a king bed. Upstairs the layout continues with a bedroom holding two queen beds, another with three queen beds, three bedrooms each featuring a king bed, and two bedrooms each equipped with two twin beds. The home provides linens, bathroom essentials, a crib and a Pack ’n Play for little ones.



Living, dining & entertainment

The main living area offers generous seating for movie nights or quiet downtime. A dedicated game room adds extra fun with a pool table, console, TV and sound system. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a spacious indoor dining space, and an outdoor patio just steps away provides additional seating and a grill for al‑fresco meals.



Outdoor space

A private pool and unheated hot tub sit on a grassy backyard, ready for year‑round use. Comfortable outdoor furniture creates a relaxed setting for afternoon lounging or evening gatherings.



Resort amenities

Your stay includes free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate, where you can float along the lazy river, splash down the water‑slide, work out in the fitness center, catch a film in the movie theater, or play on the tennis and volleyball courts. A public 18‑hole golf course with driving range and clubhouse is also on site.



Location

Nestled in the guard‑gated Champions Gate Resort in Four Corners, the home is about 10 miles from Disney and a short drive to Universal Studios, SeaWorld and local dining options. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock, free on‑site parking, Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioning, heating and laundry facilities make longer stays effortless.

The property welcomes pets and provides family‑friendly touches, making it ideal for multi‑family vacations, theme‑park trips, reunions or extended stays where space, flexibility and resort access matter most.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles in the driveway parked back to back.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
