This treelined shady residential neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The Bethany Beach Boardwalk is less than a 10 minute drive. This neighborhood is a great location halfway between Rehoboth Beach Delaware and Ocean City Maryland with all events, outlet shopping, mini golf, restaurants and entertainment at the convention centers and The Freeman Stage all within a short drive.
This area has many little town parks, walking trails, local shops and restaurants, Famous golf courses, fishing, crabbing, beaches and much more all very close by.

This cozy little apartment is a nice shady retreat after a day at the beach.
You may get a visit from our curious and playful cats Trixie and Pixie. We don't allow them in the apartment, but they do greet our guests. Let us know if you how you feel about that.
You have the apartment with your private part of the yard and separate entrance all to yourself.
We live in the main part of the home most of the year. So you may see us coming and going. Walking our dog Ginger and working.
Come in the Spring to see the wisteria in bloom. Summertime grab a fig the the trees right in the front yard.
You will definitely enjoy a quiet relaxing stay in our little wooded property.
