The Space:

This spacious 4BR/2BA Biltmore-area home sleeps 12 and is perfect for large groups. Enjoy a pool table, a large outdoor pool and backyard, a cozy fireplace, and an open-concept living room and kitchen with brand-new furniture. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood just 1.5 miles from Biltmore Fashion Park, minutes to Piestewa Peak trails, 8 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale, and a short walk to Helton Brewing. Guest Access:

🔑Enjoy easy, fast, and hassle-free self check-in! After completing a simple electronic signature, you’ll receive your check-in instruction. Simply follow the steps provided for seamless entry.



⏰ For Early Check-in and Late Check-out Request;

Please reach out to check for availability and approval. We require all properties pre-inspected after housekeeping before check-in. If you arrive before the inspection is completed, please let us know if you’d prefer the inspector to leave upon your arrival or if you’d like to request that they vacate.



⏰ Late Check-Out Without Approval;

There is a $50 late checkout fee if you are at the property more than 30 minutes after the 10AM standard checkout time.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood located in Phoenix with beautiful mountain views. The neighbors are awesome so please be respectful of them during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

For guest safety, there are security cameras at the front door and driveway. No cameras inside the home.

Noise monitors are installed on the exterior; they do not record, only measure decibel levels to ensure no parties.

All City of Scottsdale ordinances apply during your stay.

Landscaping and pool maintenance service the property 1–2 times per week. Exact day/time cannot be guaranteed.



Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy

Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.



For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.



Note: Please make sure to dispose trash properly. All solid waste must be inside the of trash container and avoid placing bags around the corner. Not following this trash instructions will result to a fee.
