The fully stocked kitchen makes meals easy. Beach toys are included for added convenience.

Resort amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, theater room, and direct beach access.

The resort offers exceptional amenities, including two expansive lagoon pools, an indoor heated pool, a 4,300 square foot fitness center with a Roman spa, a 5,000 square foot conference center, and a media room playing kid's favorites for rainy days. Onsite dining and drinks are available at "Waves," and you can grab your morning coffee at Flip Flops convenience store. Just a short walk to Pier Park and conveniently located across the street from the famous Dusty's Oyster Bar, this condo offers the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. All guests must pre-register with the resort! Preregistering means wristbands are programmed and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival. Guests must stop by the Tidewater registration desk upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass. You’ll find this registration desk just inside the walkway doors, on the second floor.

The parking garage is located across the street from Tidewater Resort. Since it changes periodically, the parking garage gate code will be sent in your Safe Travels email.

Parking spaces in the garage aren't assigned, so legally park where you are able to. Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Tidewater registration desk, located right inside the doors from the crosswalk. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands. Return to your car(s) and place the permit(s) as directed.

Parking restrictions: No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds or cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are only permitted to park in the north side, rear end of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the owner’s/renter’s expense.

Amenity Wristbands: Guests registering at Tidewater must be over 25 years old and registration should occur at least 24 hours in advance of arrival (ideally, more than 24 hours prior). Amenity wristbands are allocated to guests at the Tidewater registration desk, located on the 2nd floor of the resort. Wristbands will be given to guests ages 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear these wristbands while on the property.
